Kristin is AWESOME! I've been a regular at her boot camp for the last 2.5 years and I'm embarrassed that it has taken me this long to write about her. First and foremost, Kristin is a wonderful trainer. She is kind yet assertive, friendly yet disciplined. She's a great motivator and I always leave class exhausted. Each workout is unique and challenging. Even more importantly, Kristin is a fantastic person. I've run the gauntlet of the "hard-nosed" trainer to the "here's the workout, you do it" type of trainer, and Kristin falls right in the sweet spot. She is approachable and outgoing, yet she makes sure that you work hard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kristin to anyone looking for a good kick in the rear to start your workout journey.

I started working out with Kristin when my oldest daughter was 3 months old to help lose the baby weight. Well that daughter is now 7 years old! I had never really worked out in my life before I met Kristin. However, her positive and fun attitude now have me routinely getting up early 3 mornings a week to do things I never thought I could do! I've been away from my exercise routine for a while. I'm 49 years old now and really need to do something about my health!!! For me, this bootcamp is part of the answer. I have been fighting my weight problems my entire life. I know that this bootcamp, along with walking and getting the food issues under control are critical for me. Kristin is a phenomenal instructor who encourages during and after classes to keep you on your toes. She offers great nutritional tips and is always available if you have questions. I have some physical issues which limit me. She works with you and personalizes the exercises to meet your physical needs. She offers a wide variety of circuit training exercises that work every part of your body and the music rocks!! I highly recommend Kristin's bootcamp to anyone looking for a morning workout close to downtown Sac.

What can I say in just a short amount of space? Let me start by saying, boot camp saved my life. Sounds cheesy, I know, but I happen to like cheese. I'm not one to write a testimonial, but I can't help but support such a great and life-changing tool I've been given. Kristin has helped me in more ways than I could ever express in just a short amount of time. I am currently entering my 8th week into boot camp and I must say that this process she takes you through is not only a blessing, but becomes a joy in your day. From the creative workouts, wonderful tunes, and AWESOME company, this boot camp is the best money and time I can honestly say I've ever invested. She offers a great deal to start the program, only because she knows you won't leave after seeing the 1st month's benefits you receive inside and out.My story is long, but in short, I started my process with Kristin as a full on insomniac. I wasn't always someone who couldn't sleep, however, with life's normal blows to the mind, heart, and soul, my sleep continued to fade. I remember coming home EXHAUSTED, yet when it was time to shut off my brain into a sweet slumber, I simply couldn't. My mind thought about everything and nothing all at the same time. After nearly 2 years of getting an average of 2-4 hours of sleep per night, I realized that other parts of my life started to become affected by my fatigued state of mind. Eventually, your body begins to shut down, your brain starts to forget things, and the stress of so many different obstacles in life become overwhelming; which in all caused my restlessness.YES, we get up early. YES, it is hard. But nothing is harder than what I was going through before I started this process with Kristin. Nothing is harder than the past experiences that caused my sleepless nights and nothing is harder than pretending you can hold it all together. I believe in it. In fact, I will be celebrating my 27th birthday this year in boot camp. Not a bar, (I know, insert criticism here) but BOOT CAMP!

Seriously couldn't be happier with superwoman bootcamp! I had no idea it was going to be such a good work out! Kristin is such a great trainer and a wonderful person to start my morning off with, and she is really insirational especially because I know she got into her amazing shape from going to bootcamp herself. I have always been relatively athletic so I was trying to find something to keep me in shape now that sports are over with for me, but didn't want to spend the amount a personal trainer costs. Not only is bootcamp with Kristin half the price but you get just as good of a workout and it's three times a week!! I was only getting one session a week with my old trainer and paying way more. I already have lost 9 pounds in my first month and have lost a pant size as well as noticable definition in my arms and butt. I am sooo glad I joined, and it is really motivating me to watch what I eat, which is easy since along with the training you are given nutrition plans. It's a great atmosphere for all levels!! There are all ages, skill levels and I love how much of a variation in exercises we do! Every week something new feels sore :) 5 stars!! It's amazing!!

I love really like working out Kristin. Don't get the wrong impression...I do not like to work out at all. Anyone who knows me well can atest to that fact. I am hoping at some point I reach a level of divine inspiration when I actually enjoy working out for the sake of working out. However, we are not there yet and it continues to remain a necessary evil.That said - I really love working out with Kristin!!She is so patient and kind - yet she never hesitates to push me. The things we have accomplished in the last five weeks are far beyond what I thought I would be able to do. In addition to the awesome workout, she helps get your nutrition into line. She takes my current eating habits and helps me find healthier alternatives! She is also very supportive of my semi ill fated attempts at cooking. We discuss recipes while lifting weights. I have never attended her boot camps (I see her for the personal training), but eventually I would love to join up!!

Turns out she started offering 5:30 boot camps on Mondays and Wednesdays so I've been back working out with Kristin for the last 6+ months. I've started really seeing results strength-wise, and no longer hate the actual workout. In fact, I don't mind working out so much, that I recently was able to go back to the 6am workouts before work, because I don't spend the night before dreading both the workout and the early morning. I've recommended Kristin to several friends, and my co-worker now goes with me religiously... our bosses wife even just joined on our recommendation. Kristin and her workouts simply ROCK.

I was bored of my workout routines and feeling out of shape. Kristin's boot camp was the answer to my workout woes! She pushes but makes sure my form is good. The workouts change daily and are fun! Kristin helped me get into great shape. (And great shape again after a baby).I tend to change up my routine because I get bored easily, but after I found Kristin and her boot camp I've stayed and just changed up my weekends. (It's been years now!)Kristin is also awesome at the food and nutrition side of keeping a healthy you. She knows all about macros and can help you adopt to eating that fits what you like and can sustain. She gives you just the right amount of accountability.Definitely recommend trying her out!

Kristin's boot camp is great! I've been attending for more than five years, which is a testament both to how good the workout is and to how much I enjoy it.I always leave feeling like I've gotten my money's worth. Each session is different, and over the course of a week I feel like I've hit every area hard. Class is never repetitive. Kristin is always finding new exercises to vary up the workouts while also mixing in some tried and true favorites.Beyond just the workout, Kristin creates a fun and encouraging atmosphere. The people are a lot of fun, and Kristin makes the exercises work for everyone. I'll be coming back for a long time.
