Koshi Ramen Bar

I've been looking for a good ramen spot in Natomas and this place is it! It definitely hit the spot. Flavorful and well priced! I was able to make adjustments to my ramen bowl I ordered. I got the miso ramen with no pork and added black garlic oil & corn! Vegetarian friendly Very friendly service! And lovely ambiance for a solo dinner date

My friends and I were going to Color Me Mine next door so decided to come here for lunch. They have good selections on their menu from starters, rice and ramen. Order at the counter and then seat yourself. Food came out pretty quick. I ordered a Chicken Tan Tan Ramen as I've never had chicken tan tan before. Flavor was on point. The broth was lukewarm. I would have prefer it hot. This is a decent ramen place in the area.

Unagi Don which us Eel over rice, mama was so happy with her bowl. Seeing her enjoy it really makes me happy. .This is located in natomas next to the theater. This is a great option when I want comfort food and movies after or before without traveling too far is amazing. 2 things in one setting. .Plenty of parking which makes it even better without the stress. .Ramen - they have chicken tan tan noodle, yes chicken option and chicken broth too. I'm amazed this is a great idea for non pork lovers and seafood lovers too. Having a chicken. Option is nice. .The black garlic ramen with pork broth and pork belly is my hands down number one option. The pork broth is rich and the black garlic is umami. .The inside is simple. Vibes is cozy. Great service and a good bowl of ramen, I'm really happy . Overall if I want ramen in natomas, this is one spot I will go back, good, quick, consistent, and reasonable price too. Hope this helps. My friend was craving Ramen while we were out running errands yesterday and she said we should check out Koshi in Natomas since they have some of the best veggie broth - per my friend. This was my first time visiting, but I have had Koshi bookmarked for a while so I was very excited to check them out for a late lunch! The inside was a bit small, but we found a spot at their bar area that was covered with a cute Christmas village display plus they even had Home Alone 2 on the TV - holiday heaven!We had to order at the counter and I couldn't decide between the Chicken Karaage Curry or the Chicken Katsu - the server told me that the Chicken Karaage Curry was her absolute favorite so I decided to go with that. It was my first time trying itand I am so beyond glad that I did - it was a bowl of comfort food! I am still thinking about it and want to go back and eat it every day. It was so flavorful - it was a Christmas hug in a bowl! It will now be my go-to every time I see it on a menu going forward!We also ordered the Garlic Furikake Fries to share - not sure I would order them again though, but they were a nice sweet and salty treat.Overall, I really enjoyed the food and so did my friend. The staff was friendly even when one of the servers accidently spilled water all over my phone - she was distracted by my phone background of my 2 cute dogs so can you really blame her?I can't wait to come back - that Chicken Karaage Curry will be calling my name until we visit again!

Never been to an order-at-the-counter ramen place before, not my preference but whatever... Glad they bring your food to the table, could totally see the liability of having customers carry their own hot bowl of ramen (glad someone was using their noodle ;-])!I already have my fav ramen place but decided to venture out here and try this place new to me. Had the black garlic ramen which was good; however, there was only 2 pieces of pork in it and the noodle wasn't as al dente as I like, more on the softer side. I really liked the broth, there was a ton of grilled garlic in it, adding to the flavor. Veggie tempura was bland, think you guys need to season the batter some more. Liked the squid and sauce it was in. Might have to continue to go back to my fav place for ramen but I'll keep ya guys in mind for squid and the other offerings. Liked that there was a boba place next door.

If you're in Natomas and want ramen, Koshi Ramen Bar is a great spot. We came in on Friday evening and it was very busy. The inside isn't very big, but staff does a great job of cleaning tables quickly. Menu includes different ramens, appetizers, and rice bowls. You can add on extras to your ramen for an additional costs. You can also adjust your spice to however you like it. This time we got the black garlic and tonkotsu. We also ordered an extra noodle and broth for the kiddos to share.Or order came out pretty fast. The ramen is perfectly warm and filling. The black garlic broth has a deep savory flavor, and the tonkotsu is milder. Each comes with various toppings, like soft boiled egg, bamboo shoots, and chasu. The chasu is tender and the egg yolk was perfect. The noodles are on the thicker side. I noticed it's gotten pricier since our last visit (thanks again inflation). But still good ramen and great service.

Much better in person. The portions and options are on point. We had ramen tan tan and seafood ramen with octopus and sake. Delicious. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Very good service and an intimate setting. The ambiance is quiet, laid back and music in the background. Great experience. It's out of the way but we will be back. There's so much more to explore.

I went there today on a rainy Friday night wanting a warm bowl of soup with my boyfriend. You order first and then seat yourself. They have bar seating with TVs or regular tables. They had decorated for Valentine's Day which was cute. I ordered the black garlic ramen and my boyfriend ordered the tonkotsu ramen. I added cabbage for extra $ .99. We also ordered appetizers - spicy edamame, whole grilled squid, and chicken karaage. The appetizers were good! I always get the grilled squid. I've visited a couple of times before. The ramen soup was lukewarm for some reason. I've gone to the delta shores location and it was hot. I don't really like my soup lukewarm and I've noticed it was like that on previous visits. There was 2 pieces of pork, bamboo, corn, and green onion with the black garlic ramen. I didn't have an egg in mine but my boyfriend's came with an egg. Overall, I liked the food.

Service was awesome here. The ladies were so friendly to us. And they brought hot water to our table so we didn't have to wait at the cashier. We ordered their popular ramen and their vegetable tempura. They were both delicious. I really liked how they added actual garlic to the ramen. One fault about this place is that none of their ramen come with an egg, which a lot of other ramen shops include. But other than that, the vibe here checks out. Perfect place to hang after shopping or before/after watching a movie next door.
