Koshi Eats

I had a great dining experience at Koshi Eats! My daughter and I tried the Naruto Ramen, Spam Musubi, and the Lion King Baked Sushi Roll, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot-on, and the presentation of each dish was impressive.The restaurant is in a great location and has a great atmosphere--cozy and inviting--and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. It made our meal even more enjoyable.If you're in the area and looking for great ramen and sushi, I highly recommend Koshi Eats Ramen. We'll definitely be coming back for more!

As a Natomas resident, I'm more familiar with the Koshi Ramen on Truxel. This Koshi Eats is also by a Regal movie theater, funnily. Located between Fire Wings and Pieology at Delta Shores.I don't actually tend to go for their ramen (just okay), even though they have 9 kinds to choose from...for appetizers, spam musubi is a solid choice and quick on time as a starter, which I did before catching Wicked Part 1. If you are dining in and not in a rush, the whole grilled squid and takoyaki is the way to go -- can even make a meal out of apps!I'm a good fan of their rice bowls: chicken teriyaki, chashu, unagi. The chashu pork and the unagi are both good! They have chicken karaage as an appetizer but not in donburi (curry) form, or katsu. They also have sushi rolls (7 basic flavors and 10 specialty rolls), but I've yet to try those.

In short- really great experience. Recommended dishes were great. Best thing we thought about this place is the food and the service. The cashier and server were kind and attentive. If you're looking to get your ramen fix, it satisfied my craving. My chashu was a tad cold but I think it was just placed on my ramen last. It is an order at the counter place and the staff were friendly.

Tad pricey but well worth the quality, definitely a ramen spot that I would love to frequent whenever I'm home visiting family/friends.

I finished the bowl and still enjoyed .Service: Order at the cash register and get your food. Standard. The sushi chef behind the bar was talkative and the "server" checked in us. No complaints and no raves.Ambiance: Nice modern setup and outdoor seating. A little dark inside but nothing to complain about. There are clean bathrooms as well. I would come back and eat here again. Come in and enjoy!

Pay before you eat style restaurant, great for younger crowds or groups who don't want to split the bill or want to pay extra gratuity for large group. Street vibe ambiance with modern day feel. Menu is straight forward and has options for everyone.Both ramen my wife and I got the TONKOTSU AKAMARU (RED) and TONKOTSU KURO (BLACK) were ok, but I didn't get the deep rich flavor I'd expect from the ramen broth. This is my second time here in the span of 2 years and was hoping this visit would be better but they were both consistent in not providing that umami I expect from the broth.Koshi fries were good for what they are. Overall service was good and staff was friendly. They a chili sauce that can be added and they did give warning to add small increments, I loved that sauce. Would recommend for groups who are looking to get a quick bite to eat without the waiting and hustle of traditional sit down spot.

I'm giving this place a 7/10 mainly because the staff is absolutely amazing--super friendly and welcoming, which really made the experience enjoyable. However, I'm personally not a fan of the ramen here. It just didn't do it for me, but I'd still recommend checking it out for yourself. Maybe it's just not my taste, and others might love it!

Originally planned on stopping by the shopping center for ice cream and then decided we were hungry and settled for a bowl of Ramen The moment we walked in, we felt a clean environment, friendly staff and happy customers. I ordered the original Ramen while my boyfriend ordered the chicken ramen. Both were delicious equally however we have become accustomed to another local ramen spot so I think our tastebuds were a little biased. The menu I feel was decently priced for what we ordered because the portion sizes were great! The picture included is after I realized I started eating before I grabbed a decent picture! All together I would go again despite the 25 min drive from where I live

Nice and clean restaurant with good staff . Easy to read menu. Order, pay , sit and dine type of place . Base could have had a deeper flavor but it was still good. I'll go back to try another dish sometime soon.
