Fire fire fire!!! Get the cheese sauce on everything! Put the secret sauce on all your seafood! Have them mix the kool aid and lemonade for a sweet and sour mix! I recommend the fried chicken red beans and rice! Cant go wrong!

I tried to pick a middle ground for how many stars to give. We didn't eat anything because right off we saw the prices were so outrageously high for a food truck. Philly cheese was $19, shrimp basket $26, lobster fries $40 . I haven't seen any reviews to know if the prices were worth it. We were in Elk Grove near a little league game, who's going to pay those prices?

Delicious outstanding food been here many times & will continue to eat here try something new everytime I really want to try the salmon fries maybe next time

I've tried this truck at a few events and they never disappoint. Customer Service is great and food is even better! If your ever in the same area as them I suggest you try the Abe fries their worth every penny ! Can't wait wait to cross paths with these guys again!

I hate to have to write this review, but they've left me no choice. I've used Konkrete Kitchen 3xs in the past year, for catering events. The first event went off without a hitch. The food was amazing. The 2nd event was subpar. Not only were they late, but they also served us catfish when I paid for salmon. I reached out to them because I was disappointed and my upcoming event, that I already put a deposit down for, was my grandmothers Celebration of Life. I advised them of my issues with the food (old grease being used for the fried items) and also expressed how imperative it was for them to be on time for this event. I advised that if this is something they cannot do, then let me know now so I can hire someone else as the Celebration of Life is beyond important to me. Chef Ray was apologetic and reassured me that I'd have no issues at the next event. On the day of the event they were late. The event started at 1pm and food was not served until almost 4pm. They were missing one of the main items, ribs. I NEVER confirmed with them that it was okay to omit that item. They attempted to "make up" for the lateness by providing more food, however, the food was again subpar. I can't even put into words how disappointed I am, considering I gave them another chance after the issues with the 2nd event. I was advised that I would be getting a $500 refund back for the inconvenience. I've only received $150 and a plethora of excuses. I have no confidence that I will be getting any additional refund from them and it's unfortunate that I had to even write this review. But I want others to be aware so that they don't go through the same issues. Overall the experience has been less than pleasant. After the issues I encountered this past week, I would not recommend or use their services again.
