Kobing Dessert Studio

Delicious! When you need a fresh dessert. This is the place! We love all of the choices. Today we had the melon kobing and a mango tea with boba. The inside is so cute, we love taking photos on the flower wallDefinitely one of our favorite local places to get a sweet treat!!

We got strawberry shaved ice and matcha shaved ice. It wasn't anywhere as good as the ones we get from Vampire Penguin or from Snowbee in Sac. It just tasted slightly less flavorful and more bland, and I'm not sure why. They also didn't add nearly as many toppings as the other places.Combined with the high price, I just can't recommend this shaved ice location over others.

Such a cute place! They have a mini claw machine and all the girly K-pop/Kawaii vibes. Order at the counter and the staff will call out your order. I was really intrigued by the black sesame latte but, opted for the korean bingsu to go with this hot weather instead. Definitely trying their drinks and a croiffle next time. Parking doesn't seem to be an issue. The store front is street facing so easy to find (next plaza over from Kohls).

Tasty & unique desserts. Friendly staff. Interior is clean with plenty of seating. Free parking lot.

Came here for a quick dessert with my friend after dinner. We ordered the mini sized Bingsu in the mango melon, strawberry and matcha and all were delicious. I also ordered a ube/vanilla soft serve which was also good. If you don't want anything too sweet or heavy, this is a great little shop to stop by.

Perfect treat on a hot summer day! I loved how sweet the mango was but my teeth were too sensitive for the melon in our Bingsu. The mini was the perfect size for my partner and I. The service is also very quick. I am definitely going back and hopefully able to try the Peach Soft Serve when it is back on the menu!

Service here is quick and friendly. We ordered mango melon Bingsu, the original Bingsu flavor and the croffle. The ambiance is cute and they play kpop music videos while you eat.

I liked the whipped cream topping on the croffle. It was light and not too sweet, and along with the tartness of the berries, it was a delightful treat. The original Korean bingsu satisfied my cravings, and I enjoyed all the toppings. The place is decorated cutely if you want to take photos and service was prompt and friendly. Good place to go for desserts if you're in the area

This is a cute little spot. We came on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't busy, but there was a steady stream of people coming & going. The table where we sat was clean, but the curtain behind the counter that leads to the back was quite dirty. There is a cute backdrop wall for a photo. The customer service wasn't particularly friendly at all--no welcome greeting, just a brief, minimal, straightforward transaction.The menu had a lot of yummy sounding items. We ordered a strawberry bingsu. It was nicely presented & enjoyable to eat.

What a great little spot. Unique menu which includes deserts. We ordered a few different drink orders. The strawberry matcha, the biscoff mocha, and another boba drink. Plus we got the biscoff waffle desert thingy. This place is firing on all cylinders. When we're in the area we will definitely have to stop in.
