Kobe Sushi & Fusion

Have been here a few times now and am impressed with the quality of the fish. The size of the rolls are smaller than most and the prices are higher than most. But you would need to travel a bit for more options so considering this is CP Kobe is a good option.The service is always efficient and it is nice to be able to sit at the sushi bar now. When I first went they were not allowing that. There is just something about being able to interact with the person making your food in the comfort of a bar like setting. Don't forget to buy the sushi chefs a shot of sake!

The food SUCKED and is over priced. I had the udon soup, it literally had 3 very small pieces of chicken to thin slices of carrot and one piece of broccoli, my wife had a bento box and the salmon was about as thin as a piece of paper.! We will most DEFINITELY NOT BE BACK....

First time I've been here. It was really enjoyable. Friendly service, good food and prices are a little high but reasonable. I love traditional sushi but it was a cold rainy night so I wanted something warm. I ordered the baked scallop roll and it was delicious! The scallop portions were impressive and actual scallop not "scallop salad mix " like many other sushi restaurants use. I also had a hamachi hand roll and it was wonderful, again with a good portion of fish. My only recommendations would be that they offer some "Daily Specials" and a Happy Hour. Also, while they offered several soft shell crab options I did not see any rolls of anything that included real crab. I definitely like to go here again but would be more likely to go for a Happy Hour option!

Food is yummy, service is fast and friendly. Restaurant is cute. My fiancé loves the spicy chicken. The cooked foods look delicious, I haven't tried them yet.

I've been to this restaurant dozens of times and it's very good. I need to go back come to think of it because i have enjoyed eating many meals there.

It is probably the only place in this area with Asian fusion menu. I ordered the Bulgogi plate and bento box with Bulgogi and mackerel to go. Food was decent

Best sushi place in Cameron park! Been here many times and the ambiance is always welcoming and warm. I love their udon soup and it always tastes homemade and delicious!

In a past we went there few times but always the same problem: even though is not busy you do wait by a door/podium to be seated, you are in luck if they bring a menu the same time , loooong time for a server to finally come by, you get a drinks and again looong time for a server to come to take an order, food takes time but it's all good if is good yes?Maybe we give one more chance since our favorite sushi in Cameron Park is closed out Yuki - best ever , maybe Kobe improved since than ...

Always a great choice. Good consistency and flavors between the entrees and the sushi rolls. They use quality sushi, so I'll go with the sashimi at times. This week we had the spicy and sweet chicken along with an assortment of rolls. I'll do that dish again!!

Fish is very fresh and well prepared. Service is good. I mostly have takeout and they are always nice time.
