KL Lash Artistry by Kim Leuenberger

I've been seeing Kim for lash extensions for over three years, and I REFUSE to go to anyone else. Kim does a great job - I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and like my lashes are perfect (because they are!). Kim has had a ton of training to do what she does, and it's evident in her work. She also takes the time to take on new trainings as the lash extension world evolves and always makes sure to explain to me what she's doing and why she's doing it. She has helped me learn how to take care of my lash extensions when I'm not with her, which makes them last longer too!Kim is professional and takes special care with everything she does, especially since she's working around my eyes - which I'm SO thankful for! I literally never feel a thing when she's working and always feel super comfortable putting my eyes and lashes in Kim's care. Before I started coming to Kim for my lashes, I had another lash artist doing them, and let's just say it ended poorly and I'm lucky that she didn't damage my eye permanently.Kim takes time to make sure everything is sanitized and clean, which again, I'm SO thankful for. She cleans all of her tools between clients, constantly uses hand sanitizer throughout our appointments, and has added extra precautions with recent appointments given everything going on with COVID. I never feel like my health & safety are being compromised when I'm at an appointment with her.Finally, Kim is just an overall great person. She's so sweet, and we click really well. Every appointment just feels like I'm catching up with a friend - because that's what Kim is to me. She truly cares about me and what I have to talk about. Like I said above, I refuse to go to anyone else but Kim, and I would 110% recommend Kim to anyone considering getting lash extensions (or even switching estheticians like I did).

Kim has been doing my eyelash extensions for almost 4 years. I had been to other technicians before but once I found Kim she exceeded my expectations leaving me no reason to look elsewhere! Every time I get a fill it is an hour and a half of naps, easy convo and absolute comfort. Oh and by the time she's done I have amazing lashes so that's a plus! Can't wait to return to the salon.

When I came to her my lashes were in extreme despair from another lash artist whom had literally left me with multiple bare spots on my lash line; after a little help to get my natural lashes healthy she did her first set on me and I've been hooked ever since! Her room is always clean, peaceful and relaxing. She goes above and beyond with cleanliness and comfort for her clients and her technique keeps my real lashes in great condition, I absolutely love her lashes and can't imagine ever not being her client

Kim has been doing my lashes for a few years now. I was fortunate to have had my very first appointment with her. I knew little about lashes. Kim explained everything and gave me options...classic, volume, etc!Kim has a gentle, kind manner about her making you feel comfortable and trusting of her work. I've been seeing Kim for over 4 years and so happy she has opened her own shop at the W. Her space a quite zen like. The zero gravity chair where you relax and melt away in is ridiculously comfortable and awake with beautiful meticulously placed lashes. The calm, comfortable and most importantly clean environment makes Kim's place a unique and special experience. It never fails after I see Kim I get stopped ALL THE Time by women asking who does your lashes? My response is simply Kim at KL Lash Artistry. Bonnie U
