Food was excellent, the meal was on the pricey side BUT you have to pay heavy for top quality, SO IT WAS WELL WORTH IT, the customer service was wonderful, there was a photographer walking around asking to take your picture and she's takes 4 pictures and frames them for you and they are $20 each, me and my wife bought one, the managers was walking around checking on people, the waitress was on point with refills and asking us if we needed anything, and more importantly we didn't feel rushed at all, like some restaurants so that, I had the chicken & waffles and the henny mimosa, my wife had the shrimps and grits and added in catfish, the food was amazing, that was a good experience we will for sure be coming back Food: 10/10Service 10/10Tip: $20Will I return: OR COURSE

So the food here is not bad at all, I had the bacon avocado toast and it was pretty good. My issue is service, our server was really nice but seemed inexperienced with the menu or the price system. He asked when I ordered what side I wanted with my meal and I was a bit confused because it didn't list one but I asked him what the options were and chose hashbrowns (which are good btw). At the end of the meal I was charged an additional separate charge for the hashbrowns which I had to ask to be removed. My friend and I were both charged an additional undisclosed 15% service fee on top of our original bill. We did ask for the check to be split but it was only the two of us and neither the menu nor our waiter mentioned it. I'm pretty sure that violates the SB 478 consumer law that prevents all hidden fees from not being disclosed prior but I'm no lawyer but it was definitely not on their menu and it's not on their website menu either. We paid it but we were both extremely put off by this fee and felt it was inappropriate to have without a heads up. We will not be returning because of this. It's unfortunate cause the ambiance isn't bad and their mimosas are good but I don't want to dine somewhere where I feel like added prices are going to be snuck onto the bill or I have to check to make sure it's right multiple times.

Great location, right in the heart of downtown. Diner theme and such a cool vibe with the staff as well. The service was a bit long for us it took sometime for all of our food to get out with a party of 5. Our server was kind to apologize for the wait they knew they were taking a while as well so they gave a free flight of mimosas. Took almost 45 min to make a burger and turkey club.I had the Chef Gumbo it came with a ball of sticky, audoullie sausage, shrimp and chicken. The sauce didn't give me that gumbo spice that little bit of kick; the flavor tasted like brown gravy. Once I bit the sausage then the sauce that's where you get the Cajun taste. I was missing the okra. The mimosa flight was Delicious! I'm not a big drinker I love sweet fruity drinks and this mimosa flight was perfect for just that. Overall it's a cool place to check out and give it a try. I may give it another try and see if I get a better outcome. They have a coffee flight I definitely want to try out

*This review is for takeout only*I would like to dine in one day since the few times I've been here for take out, there's always a good amount of people enjoying their meal. I get the gumbo to go for a good deal through too good to go app and it's great each time. It's great for 1 serving and a good way to try out the food/menu. The gumbo is decent. There's chicken, shrimp and sliced hot links in it and comes with rice. Service is decent as well. Everyone is always nice when I walk in. I will say the wait for to go can be a bit long. Each time I've gone, it takes 15+ minutes to get the item. I was there today and I believe it was the bartender (bald Latino guy, sorry, didn't get his name), offered me a free drink since I waited so long, but I just opted for water. Again, great service. The restaurant itself has a lot of seating and indoor and outdoor seating. Most of the tables inside were filled and everyone was enjoying their meal. I'll try to come back for dine in since I would like to try more of their menu a d the breakfast items.

I can it because I of the hype on social media. I have to say... I wasn't impressed. First the place is super cold, the servers even recognized and it said it was due to the building be old... the service was great though! They were very welcoming and checked in regularly. Now for the food and drinks. The hot chocolate was pretty good, but a warm. I had the moco loco. I was so craving a good moco loco for a long time... and it was okay. The gravy was very sweet, that I was only able to eat half. The folks that I came with. Enjoyed their food, they had the Denver omelette and chicken and waffles.Oh be aware of the 15% service charge, they hit you with a service charge and then ask for a tip.

Came here for lunch when I was in the office. The restaurant had a very modern with a slight retro feel inside. I thought the menu was interesting since it had elements of multiple different types of cuisine such as creole, Hawaiian, and American the epiphany of New American. I ended up getting the breakfast burrito with bacon. It was huge, packed with bacon, and paired with the salsa verde. It was delicious. The service was okay considering they were quite busy during their lunch rush.

I came to Kitchen 15 for breakfast on Saturday with some friends based off the posts I saw on their Instagram. We had a reservation for 10am and were seated quickly when we arrived. We ordered the Mimosa Flight and the Coffee Flight to share between the 4 of us - my friends liked the Mimosa Flight, but my other friend and I did not like the Coffee Flight. I think it was a mix between bad coffee and being overly sweet from the flavoring. My friend did not want to finish her half and at $23 - you better believe I did not let it go to waste. For food, we ordered the Loco Moco, Ube French Toast and the SacTown Omelet - I was not that impressed with the Loco Moco, I thought it was a tad too salty as well. My friend liked her Ube French Toast, but it was a mixed reaction for the omelets. They are located on K Street so it is street parking which is hit or miss depending on the time of day. There was plenty of seating inside and they had a cute little flower photo op too that we forgot to take advantage of. Staff were friendly, but I felt like the food took longer than expected to come out.Overall, I feel like it was a letdown for me. I feel like they care more about impression on social media and not as much on their actual food especially given the price of everything - it was not worth it and I don't think I will be back unfortunately.

Came in on Monday 1/20 at around noon and expected a wait. For a table for two we were told a 45 min wait. My husband and I didn't have a rush so we waited. There's limited space inside and doesn't really have a waiting area or seating so we were very close to other patrons and had multiple people ask us if they were in the correct line or how to best check in which again we don't mind answering but can tell you the place felt disorganized and chaotic. It was very busy as servers were squeezing by trying to deliver food to outdoor tables coming in and out. There was also big parties here so often my husband and and I got squeezed to a corner of the wall. We were starting to get antsy inside but the hostess was very nice and did her best to get us a table. Food was very good! I got chicken and waffles while my husband got the Ube French toast. Probably the best waffles I've ever had and although the chicken was very thick, it was cooked all the way through and had nice seasoning. My husband thought the Ube sauce was too overwhelming and didn't end up finishing his plate as he felt sweetened out but enjoyed the fresh fruit and French toast flavor. We wanted to try out the drinks but felt turned off by the price. $22 for a coffee flight? Yeah not for us. Maybe for others. Overall, the food was pretty good and I would come again to dine in only during the weekday and order Togo on the weekend to avoid the wait. Try it out for yourself and see how it goes. I'd recommend to others but with warning about wait times, ambiance and limited space.
