Update:I don't understand the bad reviews. I get pedicures from them every other month and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are gentle, clean and very nice women. I recommend the pedicures. Thank you ladies

sat here for 40 minutes just for eyebrows and some lady came in after I had been sitting for about 30 minutes and they saw her first very frustrating because I had an event to go to so I ended up having to go find somewhere else I couldn't wait any longer. there was no communication very unprofessional. Also, I don't think they have air-conditioning because I was sweating my face off I would probably go somewhere else in the area if I were you.

Still coming here since I was old enough to pay for my own nails. Tina is my go-to nail person and I am satisfied every single time. You get what you pay for, and I'm satisfied for $20. However please note, if you set up an appointment and you're 2 minutes late - they will give your time to someone else. I ended up waiting a whole hour to get my nails done. A salon like this will have very negative reviews because they don't have a business structure and appointments don't really matter because it's first come first serve at the end of the day.One other thing, Kim, isn't the best nail technician. I've had my nails done twice by her and I was really unsatisfied. So ask for Tina!

This place is awful. To start, we had an appointment at 2, two people getting manicures and one person a pedicure. I didn't get seen until 2:45. My sil ended up leaving and not getting her pedicure. My other sil didn't get seen until after 3 and I had already left by that point. The manicure was way to quick and felt rushed. It's been 5 days and my nails are already peeling and breaking. They started peeling after the third day. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I gave one star only because I had to, I've been coming here since I was 13. I'm now 35 and I live in LA but every time I come to Sacramento I go there and each time its worse and worse. Kim, who is the owner is low key racist and very lazy! She cuts corners and doesnt put any effort into your nails or feet, she just wants to take your money like you dont work hard for your money. Yesterday I got my upper lip waxed ( kims daughter in law does the waxing ) she put wax all the way by my nose and i barely have hair on my upoer lip and I definitely dont have hair by my nose, she burnt me so bad it's definitely going to scar. When i came in there today for my mani and pedi i showed her the burns and she LAUGHED. Then kim does my pedicure and i had to kepp telling her to cut the cuticle , she finally did and it wasnt good. The manicure is the worst I've ever had! 18 dollar manicure with no nail cleaning, buffing, or filing and she left so much deed cuticles I had to start cutting them myself. When i asked her to fix it she started yelling at me and then eventually ignored me. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your hard earned money here. This place is trash, they dont sanitize the pedicure bowls or the nail clippers, scrapers and cuticle cutters they just rinse it off with soap and water real fast then use it on the next person. Yes they use the same ones on every one and dont use a sanitizer! They bately have any colors and dont know how to do any current trends with colors, designs, or shaping. No wonder they barely have customers and nail techs don't stay longer than a few months now, this place is literal trash and a literal waste of time and money. I felt abused and robbed not to mention some 10 dollar extra spa lotion gave me a rash on my arm! I'm done and I think at this point she is so old she just basically wants us to give her money for no reason and that's not right we work hard to pay for the service the least it could be is done correctly and with some decent customer service!

My homegirl gets her nails done here and when I came with her to get mines done, I had the owner do my acrylic full set with designs. I have photos. She spent a lottt of time filing my nails to do a coffin shape and also smoothing out my nails. HOWEVER!!! She did not do any sort of coffin shape, and the shaping was so bad, there's air into nails, there's roughness on my nails, on top of all that my design and diamonds weren't even. She did one hell of a crappy job. I asked her during the service how long she's been doing nails and she said 30 years. I would rather drop $50 on my nails to get it right than pay $28 for this shit. Sorry to offend any of her clients, but I work in the industry myself and to be honest if she had a state board inspection, she would fail immediately. No bueno.

My daughter and I went here last week to get our nails done. It is close by where we live so I called and made an appointment for that day, they said ok and we arrived 10 mins early. When we arrived all the chairs were full, I told the lady we had an appointment and she said ok. We sat and waited for over an hour. My 13 Year old daughter went first at this time while I still waited for another chair to empty.She got Kim ( I did not know her name until after).Her nails were supposed to be coffin shaped and they did not look great. The polish was sloppy and on her skin and there was no attempt to fix any of it. We had to ask twice to fix some areas. The polish was streaky and super sloppy. This is the worst I have ever seen. My daughter had a pic where she wanted glitter on 2 nails on each hand, Kim first off did the wrong fingers and used the wrong color glitter. My daughter pointed this out and Kim brushed her off saying they did not have silver glitter. (They did) She also did not fix the polish on the wrong fingers, just left it. My nails were done by someone else, now they were not as bad as the ones Kim did but I still have had a lot better. 4 hours later we paid and I left a tip just to be nice. I told my daughter we were never coming back here they do cheap sloppy work, she agreed. Two hours later her nail broke! We couldn't believe it. Since it was after closing hours we had to wait until the next morning and go back as soon as they opened. We got there and waited for the workers to arrive. They all remembered us from the previous day. I showed (one of the workers) my daughters nail and told her it needs to be fixed. The lady said we are busy today with appointments can you come back tomorrow. Seriously?! I said no it needs to be fixed now or I want my money back and will go somewhere else to get them done right.She talked in her language to another lady and then the other lady said don't worry I will do it. (Kim was not in on this day, it was her day off) They did not even have appointments while we were there, just a few walk INS, what a liar!!)Instead of just fixing the broken nail she took a look at my daughters nails shook her head and redid all of them. She even asked what shape her nails were supposed to be. She could not believe the crappy job either. She also painted the nails my daughter wanted different and used the silver glitter. Kim was just lazy. We were much more satisfied with the new nails she got so then we left.Both of our nails started chipping polish off within 2 days and then 1 week later two of her nails broke off!! 1 week was all they lasted. Avoid this place at all costs. They do cheap sloppy work and don't care about their customers. I will NEVER go back to this place and cannot recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away unless you want to throw your money away. Pay higher somewhere else where they will do good job. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. This place should be called Kim's Sloppy Nails.

Don't get lash extensions. Paid over $70 for them and they ripped out my lashes. She commented how nice and long mine were before and never mentioned that she'd be cutting my lashes

It was my first time here and I needed a new nail color she took her time and the price are Reasonable, I Usually spend 75 to 80 for my nails at other shop. I have read some reviews likely I understand some people have bad experience there. And of course some have different Choice of opinion you get what you pay for

I love the pedicures here I definitely recommend everyone to come here they to an amazing job at French tips!!!!
