Kiki’s Chicken Place - Madison/Fair Oaks

Put in my order and the order was not what I ordered. I submitted my claim for partial refund for the part of the order that was wrong (not even the whole order, just the half they messed up) Here is the response"We're sorry to hear about your issue. Visited this location for the first time and it was a good choice. As with the chain as a whole, I like their chicken strips a lot. Asking for two strips and some a small amount fries, As usual, the chicken was up to par: juicy, well cooked, and fresh. The fries were still plentiful and fresh as well.The storefront is small, but please do find it. Your visit will be a good one.

Food quality is horrendous. The fries and tater tots are overly cooked and very greasy! It like they re-cook the sides so they are greasy and stale. The chicken has no flavor and very chewy. Just not worth the the money..quality has gone down since they opened. We do not plan to come here anymore.

The KiKi's Chicken Sandwich for $7.99 was 2-chicken strips that that we're very very dry. You're better off going to Popeyes and getting two chicken sandwiches for the price of this chicken sandwich. Don't waste your time. My wife got the sliders and they were just as bad. Not good.

It's been a minute since I ordered from this particular location but it's still solid as ever. Everything was hot, fresh and seasoned nicely.The portions for the price cannot be beat. Thumbs up.

I really like most Kiki's I've been to and would love if this fair oaks venue would get it together. Third time I've been there in a row and had something incorrect or poor food quality. Getting food to go here is a crapshoot!Every other Kiki's I've visited makes fresh tots and fries and they get my order right! I don't know why this particular spot is so off but I'm guessing it's management or just poor quality control by its employees.I will be frequenting ANY OTHER KIkis but his one is officially off my list.Sadly this is the closest one to my location but I'd rather drive another 10 minutes and enjoy what I get than suffer another disappointment.

The Kiki's tots rock hard! And, the serve staff were so friendly. I go there often for those reasons.

This place gets better reviews than it ought to. Had the Kikis tots w/ chicken. The flavors were off , not good.

Quality of chicken tenders was perfect, very moist inside and crispy batter on the outside. They were cooked to perfection. I also ordered boneless wings but got halved tenders instead. This part was disappointing unless I misunderstood that these are suppose to be really mini tenders. The house special sauce was spicy for me, but not for my husband. Kiki's fries was a bit spicy for me too. We tried all 3 sides available, potato, and macaroni salads, And coleslaw. I enjoyed all of them. They were not too salty, or sour, and there was just the right amount of mix, not too runny or oily. I used my gift card for the purchase of $44, but probably won't be eating this too often, cuz it's a bit pricy for just that amount of food.

It's just not worth it. If you make a phone order, they ask you how long it will take to get there and always confirm it will be ready for pick up. One of the cashiers admitted they don't cook the food until we show up and pay for it first. You will always have to wait which could take 10 or up to 20 minutes. They shouldn't accept phone orders if they don't trust their customers. Second, I asked for extra sauce which is $0.50 but they didn't pack it for me. Food quality is 2.5 or 3 stars at best. The service and dishonest approach drops it to 1 star, I won't return.
