Kathrin's Biergarten

I have been here a couple times before and every time I feel like they have great food and unique German Beers. We had the mixed item platter with 5 sausages and schnitzel and it was fantastic. Paired that with a liter of hofbrau and it doesn't get much better than that!Service was also excellent I really enjoyed unique and tasty food and beers that you can't find hardly anywhere. I'll definitely return.

Not a lot of vegan options, except for an Impossible brand bratwurst and pretzels. I did have the pretzel and it was very tasty, albeit slightly salty. Not the worst, but not the best.

Food: super super delicious, we have being in several states looking for German restaurants, this restaurant is beyond my expectations, The Best Glühwein in California you can't stop drinking it. We have been here two days in a row and we want more.SERVICE: Excepcional Great employees, cooks and Owners are amazing super kind and welcoming, they make sure you are ok and they ask you how was the food.Atmosphere: literally super cozy, welcoming and you feel in Germany.I feel so happy to find they live the German Traditions. I feel in Love with this restaurante.

Every time we've been here the service is top notch and the food is absolutely fantastic! It's quiet enough to have a conversation at your own table, but also enough background noise from others that you don't feel like you're talking to everyone in the restaurant. Lots of activities provided to keep kiddos/families entertained. We love German food and this is the best in the area!

Love this place! Not enough high praise! Customer service is awesome, the owner actually cares about her patrons and the food is phenomenal. Authentic food and fun, family friendly atmosphere!

What's better than Oktoberfest at your local German restaurant? Although not truly Oktoberfest, and also near the end of it, it's close enough!The beer selection here, especially German, is awe inspiring. To see Andechs on the selection of choices makes my heart sing, although this time I was aiming for an Oktoberfest special. I selected a half liter of the Hacker-Pschorr Oktoberfest and it was amazingly good. So, thank you Kathrin's for making it possible.By the way, should you ever find yourself near the Andechs Monastery in southern Bavaria, GO! I once attended church services and afterwards everyone pours out of the church and into the adjacent biergarten to drink the awesome beer! Well worth the experience.But, for this experience along with the beer I tried the Spicy Goulash and it was very good. The noodles were fresh, well prepared, and the meat chunks and sauce quite delicious. The spice level was just right and didn't overwhelm the dish. My dining partner had the pork schnitzel and spaetzle and it looked delicious as well. It was a very hearty portion.Overall, the meal was excellent and very enjoyable. The service was very good, attentive and professional.The only complaint, again, is the noise level inside, not so bad in the biergarten outside.It's nearly impossible to have conversation with the high reverberation level.But, that won't deter me from another visit. The prices are good and the German beer in itself worth coming here. The food was much better than last time too.

This place exceeded all my expectations. I haven't had food this great since I was last in Munich, Germany. The design of the place definitely made it feel like I was back in Germany in one of the beer halls.The service was fantastic and welcoming, they had an amazing drink selection with hard to find beverages, and the food was so delicious! The portion sizes are very large too, which was nice. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this place to others!

Been here a few times and the food & service has been consistently on point every time. Good food, friendly service and knowledgeable about their beer and food! This time, we came here as a party of 5. I ordered the jāgerschnitzel with kartoffelsalat and gurkensalat. You have an option for pork or chicken and I did the pork for the 2nd time. I wanted to try the chicken but the pork was sooo good last time, I couldn't ditch the pork for the chicken. The kartoffelsalat wasn't anything special but the girls salad definitely a must get if you like cucumber! We as a group also ordered the pretzel with cheese and mustard. The pretzel was perfectly cooked. A little crispy on the outside and soft in the inside! There are a few other other restaurants in this plaza but don't be deterred with parking. There is plenty of parking in front and on the side of the restaurant. Forgot to mention that it's great for party's as well because they do have a private room and a room with tv, pool table and a shuffle board

I love the huge pretzel with beer cheese it's amazing. It's a fun place to go to and eat especially if you are German. The service is phenomenel and I got my food straight and even if I didn't I would have fun playing in the game room which is so entertaining. The atmosphere though is the best I love everything on the walls even for sale it makes me so proud!

One of my fav places for dinner- and DEFINITELY the fav place of my friend's 98- year old parents!! We are Never disappointed with what we order. This most recent visit we had tasty, crispy fish n chips with perfectly done French fries. We also had an excellent breaded chicken dish with wild mushroom sauce and salad and fries-- it begins with a "J" I believe lol. We also always order the large pretzel with beer cheese and 3 different mustards. We often get the house-made sausages or sauerbraten. Our server JOEY was FANTASTIC!! Friendly, helpful, fun, patient!! Jennie, our server the time before, was great too. We missed seeing sweet Kathrin this past visit but when she is there, she always stops and chats with all the customers- which I personally love! DANKE! See you soon!! Oh- the blackberry cider was great too!!
