Karen's Little Cafe

We are from out of town after a concert and overnight getaway at Thunder Valley Casino. Wanted breakfast the next morning and went on Yelp to find somewhere close. Saw Karen's and decided to go check it out. Only 10 minutes away? Let's go!We had the avocado toast with a side of bacon (I should've asked for a side of tomatoes too) and my spouse had the all American with the hot links. It was so good! A home cooked breakfast at a small restaurant? My kind of place. Would definitely go back again.

Excellent, I am so pleased with food and service! It was great classic recipes. I got a vegetarian omelette and my cousin got the half order of Biscuits and Gravy(which was huge) and they were both generous and super yummy, even if she got the bigger hash browns I still didn't finish mine:) The owner was super friendly and we found out the name Karen is his daughter's name which is sooo sweet.

What a treat! The hubs and I visited Saturday for the first time. We enjoyed the meat omelette with hash-browns and a homemade biscuit, and two eggs, hash-browns and toast, oh and lots of coffee! Mang the owner is delightful, and took great care of us!. The biscuit was soft and buttery, just the way I like it We can't wait to come for lunch

Wait time was horrendous, the prices are expensive for the small amount of food you get. Paid $17 for an egg, toast, a sausage, and potatoes and the serving size was that of a toddler. Kids chicken strip meal $8 and charged extra for the lemonade, and came with a handful of fries and two small strips. My blt was 1 piece of bacon, 1 slice of avocado. 1 tomato. Like WTH am I paying $14 for? Hardly any breakfast kid combo options, you get either pancake or meat, not both.. idk I wouldn't recommend at all. I'm livid I spent $83 there.

We were greeted with a super friendly staff and great service. I didn't even know this part of Lincoln and found this little gem and decided to get some lunch with my mom. She got a nice BLTA sandwich with order of fries and macaroni salad and she finished almost all of it. I opted for a cheeseburger and fries and was full with just the fries. The refills on drinks were on point and they were there for anything you needed and very attentive. Such a nice local place. Cash only right now so be prepared.

Mang and his crew are amazing. Food absolutely delicious, service top notch and highly recommend!! A hidden gem here in Lincoln.

Hands down my favorite breakfast burrito in Lincoln. Pretty good coffee too. My daughter liked the pancakes. Need to go here more often!

Quaint, a little rustic but the service is extra hospitable and friendly. The food comes fast, fresh & hot, right off the stove-no "warming lamps" here! Definitely recommend this place.
