Kajal Eyebrow Threading & SPA

This is my 2nd visit too Kajal this time there was a 30 minute wait with about four people in front of me and I did not have an appointment. However, Raj was efficient and did not rush. She listens to all her clients needs, I asked her to arch my eyebrows a little higher up on the right hand side and she did perfect. As previously stated this was my second time getting my eyebrows threaded; she guided me perfectly through the process. So inexpensive for the quality. ** Such a great alternative to getting your eyebrows waxed I have very sensitive skin and every time I have had my eyebrows threaded I did not break out at all.

The Lady did my eyebrows super thin and completely messed them up. Not going here anymore

I've been going here for years normally they're pretty good. Today I went and I've been growing out my eyebrows for a couple months, the lady that threaded them took away all the hair I've been growing out and made them thin again. Very disappointed. I've been working really hard to grow them out and it's upsetting it's all gone now and I have to restart again due to a language barrier. I literally want to cry!

This has been a first time in a long time threading has not literally not hurt. I truly appreciate how Suki took her time working my brows and double checking on myLip wax to ensure hair has been removed. This place is a gem and glad to have found this new place that I recommend to all.

I came in with my sister on July 13, and the girl that did my brows made my eyebrows extremely thin. I came in looking and feeling good and I left crying. The before photo was taken EXACTLY a day before I came in to get my brows destroyed. I am absolutely disappointed and disheartened by what happened to my eyebrows.

I was skeptical about going somewhere new for my eyebrows. Walking in everyone was so welcoming. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. I was so excited to find out they offer more than just eyebrow threading. A little distance for me but this will be definitely new place for all beauty services. .

I love this place. I had some old eye brows tattoo/micro blading and Harpreet got me fixed up and fixed my eneven faded old brows with what I wanted. She is amazing with her work. I love this place

They used to spray and clean the station after each customer. She never changed her gloves after each customer and it smells like sh*t. Today was a bad service over all 12/18/24 in the afternoon. You just lost a customer.

Most pathetic service ever!!!! The lady asked me to sign up and I called to confirm if the earlier appointment is done and she said she is done with it. I went to the salon and she made me wait 10 minutes for a walk in. Then two more walk ins ahead of me which she was more interested in. And on top of wasting my 20 minutes, she was like you can come back tomorrow.. I mean rather than being apologetic, she was throwing an attitude!!! Would never ever recommend this place!!!

The lady who did my eyebrows talked the whole time. She was only suppose to do a clean when I had addressed her on how unsatisfied I was she smiled and nodded . I didn't want to be rude so I just paid and left. Would not recommend.
