Julie is excellent- both pedicure & manicure were perfection. And, Julie was so enjoyable to talk to as well. I highly recommend her & this salon. Clean; friendly reception; wait was not long for a walk-in.

Literally the best nail salon in Roseville! These ladies really know what they're doing, and are all very professional! It is a very clean and relaxing experience! They have the best colors and are always willing to serve their customers with the best quality! I love this salon and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Let me just say I really love the service they provide. I'll be yapping about these nails nonstop. This place is amazing. My nail tech Liv did an amazing job repairing my broken nails and doing a more healthy approach of dip in nails. I feel so confident now. I definitely recommend this place. They are quick and they actually do a great job.

I've been coming here for 3 years now and every single technician is gifted in their own way. The salon is clean, unkept, and has the perfect location in the fountains (next to Pete's coffee ). Lina is the owner and I have had the pleasure of having her work on my nails, and let me just say how incredible this woman is! I went in yesterday to fix 1 nail that I broke and while she was fixing that nail for me, she looked at the rest of my nails and decided to fill them in and clean them up so it can look as good as my new nail .I really felt how much she cares about her work, her salon, and making sure her clients leave happy and feeling beautiful! I've also had Sally, Livi, and Vicky work on my nails and each one of them are fabulous. I really enjoy my experience here and refer all my friends and family to this specific location. Took money and refused to give me the service I paid for in advance. This establishment is enrolled in ClassPass and received payment from Class pass for my service and refused to provide the service to me. Owner claims it "wasn't her" that signed up for classpass and that it's a scammer not associated with her business. I spent 45 minutes trying to figure out the business partnership she enrolled in to try to show her she indeed was already paid in advance. Shocking behavior of the owner of the salon. If a business owner is going to sign up for business partnership, they should at least take the time to understand the logistics instead of putting that burden on paying customers. I had to contact class pass and tell them to take the money back-- otherwise this salon would have kept the money without giving me the service.

I've had a gel manicure done 3 times at this salon with 2 weeks in between each appointment & the gel has NOT chipped or peeled! I'm astonished because I'm constantly washing my hands, doing things around the house, working etc. 100% recommend!

Called and made reservations for Myself and my mom for a gel pedicure. Everything Went smooth. The staff was nice and friendly. Honestly, I didn't like the color options for gel. There was not as many choices as the other nail salons I have been to. It was limited to certain colors. But it was fine. The location is fantastic. But I think there are other nail salons that have a better selection with gel colors. Either way, this place is great because the place looked clean and the people were nice. I would come here again because it's an easy convenient location to walk around the fountains and go eat and shop with friends.

I love Jolis, but after my visit a week ago, all of my natural nails are very brittle and bendable and are breaking one after another on both hands. One nail broke after a day! I'm very disappointed since my nails have never been this damaged before. The nail tech used multiple layers of a thicker, more potent remover that was painted on(which made my fingertips very warm), constantly reapplying after sanding the polish down and realizing the polish was still there. I've never seen this technique before, so maybe this is why my nails are breaking.Update: lost another nail and it is bleedingUpdate one month later: nails are immediately breaking when they try and grow out.

Everyone at Joli always takes such great care of me. I decided to take a coworker's recommendation for another artist instead of coming here this past time and ended up back anyways. Tay saved my day by being so sweet and fixing the botched job that this other salon left me with. Thank you Tay. Thank you Joli.
