John's Incredible Pizza - Roseville

Selena was a great party host and totally sweet and helpful. But I was asked to write a 5 star review in exchange for either tickets or credits, as soon as I walked into the party room. The manager even came in to check if we had done it yet.. and i was once again pushed to write a review in the middle of my son's party. Like wtf. They also charged me for 9 people attending when there were only 7 people, and it took a ridiculous amount of time to get it fixed. the food is honestly really terrible that we couldn't eat it.... they were pretty much out of pizza the entire time we were there which was the only edible thing. Half the games wouldn't work. The card swipe is what wouldn't work. Besides my party host all of the employees looked miserable and were rude. Especially the ride attendants. My kiddo still had fun so that's really all that mattered. But I'd rather not be pushed for a fake review when I'm trying to enjoy my kids party especially when they're very aware there's a reason they're having to bribe people for a good review lol

I love the spicy peanut pizza but the customer service, and cleanliness is a huge turn off!The lunch price is great but again be prepared for a pretty "unincredible" experience.About half of the arcade games were broken, only about 3 inches of paper towel comes out of the towel dispenser in the bathrooms and the toddler area looks like it hasn't be cleaned for the past 10 years! Yuck....I used to love this place but I'm hesitant to come back...

From one star to 5!!!!!We haven't been in over 6+ years. It is very expensive and they did not have all the food and drink options available. And at that price everything should be ready at opening. But now they are ready! Even on a slow day they had signs to request a pizza if it wasn't out. They have attendant request screens for all the rides! All of the staff were really pleasant! To top it off they have a sweet robot waitress rolling around! The place has been nicely kept up and we didn't have any out of order games. I'll for sure say we won't be waiting years to come back again!

We booked a party room for my children's birthday party and everything went very smoothly. The only thing that was awkward were the hosts. They seemed very young and out of their element. They didn't announce a single thing to the kids or my guests. They left that up to me. I didn't mind but it felt off on their part. Our party was great and the kids had a fun time at the arcade. Plenty of food and happy kids.

We were here for a friends birthday party and they had a host named Kamari, she was such a delight! She was good with the kids and so friendly! There was never a dirty dish in sight, she was on-it! Keeping hardworking, sweet staff goes along way, good job John's Incredible Pizza!

We visited John's Incredible Pizza over the weekend to celebrate a birthday, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to its pre-COVID reputation. Here's a detailed breakdown of our experience:Arrival and Timing:First off, I highly recommend arriving earlier in the day to avoid the crowds. When we got there early, the lines for the games were shorter, and there was more seating available in the various dining rooms.Food and Service:The buffet offers a decent variety of food, but the attendants were notably slow to replenish items. At the baked potato station, I had to scrape together the last remnants of toppings, and the ice machine was frequently down or out of ice cream cones. The soda station also took quite a while to get restocked with cups.Promotions and Offers:When I checked in on Yelp, I received an offer for 10 free credits. However, redeeming these credits was a hassle. The front desk attendant had no idea how to process them, and the same issue occurred when I tried at the back. One attendant even suggested it looked sketchy due to the lack of a barcode, and the manager was equally clueless. In the end, I gave up on redeeming the credits.Games and Rides:The games and rides are fun, but they require a lot of tickets, so the kids blew through their credits quickly. It would be better if the games offered more value for the tickets spent.Overall Experience:Despite the drawbacks, John's Incredible Pizza isn't the worst place to take your kids for a meal and some arcade fun, especially considering there's no strict time limit on how long you can stay. However, it's not the best either, particularly when compared to its pre-COVID standards.

Connor is the best party host ever !!!!! We attended for both of my son's birthday party on 1/18/25 at 3pm and Connor was nothing but helpful. Not only was he just a host but he did everything he could to go above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. He also recommended that we go into the Fusion party room so we have enough room for our large size party and it was definitely a perfect choice. If you are wanting a party host that has energy and get you what you need. Also, manager came to check on my party to see if we wanted to turn some card in for a refund in money which was super helpful due to all my guest didn't show up. We had an enjoyable time on our visit to the Roseville John's Incredible Pizza. Lots of freshly made Pizzas and desserts to choose from. The salad bar was fully stacked and bread sticks as well. Fast and friendly service at this location. One of the managers, Madison, made sure customers felt welcome in a warm and friendly manner, while attending to her staff. After dinner, we enjoyed ourselves in the large gaming room, loaded with all sorts of games & rides, it was a lot of fun !Returning Customer : )

Patsy the manager was amazing and so helpful. I had a issue with the kiosk when using a Groupon coupon and she was able to help me out and get it fixed she was awesome at the time she helped me especially considering at the time I went in it was horribly packed!
