Hello, I am sharing my experience in hopes that no one else will have one like mine. I attended this establishment for about a month, I was taking the boxing and Muaythai class run by Coach E Shotta. For a short period of time I really had no issues, it wasn't until about two weeks ago that this all changed. I was sparring with another heavyweight and they punched me in the back of my head and neck with power shots Repeatedly. I went home and later that week found out I had a concussion from my doctor. What was equally disturbing about all this was, before I went to the doctor, I informed the coach that I would be taking a break from this class because of my injury. Coach E, responded to this with a few different text messages that were inappropriate and lacked a great deal of customer service. The first one was a blaming text, stating that I wanted to spar which I never argued about that, but he began to further say what I experienced was not a big deal, and that he was a professional fighter, and that I shouldn't quit and that anybody can quit, and that some people just aren't built for this. He also said i should come back and if symptoms persist then see a doctor. He then followed up with that text about saying I needed to persevere. I informed him that I appreciated his feedback but that I was sticking to my decision, he then followed up with the statement "if you quit the first time shit gets hard, what does that look like?"I did not respond. He then followed up with, "I am going to be blunt, don't be a bitch and give up on yourself."What's funny about all this is, a week prior to me getting this concussion,I remember him specifically saying in one class that when we spar, we should hit each other in the back of the head. This is pretty crazy and at the time I did not think anything of it, but after I got my concussion that memory came right back to me. I made up my mind. I'm not attending his class any longer, but I'm sharing this in hope that no one else has a similar experience. The coach attempted to reach out again via Instagram, but I just deleted him at that point. I've been martial art for over 10 years and never have a sustained a concussion or been punched in the back of the head, because there is a respect between competitors. I believe the shots were intentional perhaps because i got the better of him a couple weeks prior in Muay Thai sparring. Whatever the case I'm going to find a better martial arts environment, my health is too important to me.

This is what I was looking for EXACTLY! My daughter does Kenpo karate while I get my workout!...Good solid equipment, great coaches, good air ventilation PLUS it's cleaned everyday. The coaches do care and you get taught on correct form...great great place. Joe is awesome, reaches out and connects with kids and parents...He CARES and his commitment shows. He also is a great leader with the coaches/trainers there - no drama. I take the classes with Justin and Dylan- they are both great. Definitely challenge me and give me the push I was looking for. I also take a class with Joe and boy, he also knows how to motivate you! Cannot say enough great things!! Definitely take advantage of the free class and join! It's so worth it!!

The atmosphere is positive, the trainers are supportive, professional, and experienced. Personally, I believe that learning self-defense and achieving physical fitness are precursors to healthy cognitive function, self-confidence, and success; Joe's Fitness Revolution is the best environment to receive both. Bring the kids and watch them bloom!

If I could give this place more starts I would. Joining Joes Fitness Revolution has been nothing but greatness. We love that we can make it a family thing. The kids get to take Karate while we get our work out on with the trainers. If you join JFR you won't be disappointed.

Recently visited fitness revolution to practice martial arts and get in shape. The trainers were knowledgeable and friendly, plus I got a great workout. The gym itself is small but it also gave you that one on one experience which is so hard to find at bigger gyms.

I have been here a couple of times so far, but will definitely make this gym part of my regular routine! The gym is inviting and friendly. As someone who doesn't work out much, I felt very comfortable with the trainers. And it certainly helps that they are very easy on the eyes! I'm only taking a star off because of the mask requirements for covid. It's not the gyms fault, but I do like that they are conscious about our safety.

A girlfriend and I heard about Joe's Fitness Revolution from a mutual friend in town. It was a little out of our comfort zone in that we were there to learn self-defense. She and I are learning the American Kenpo techniques from Joe and HOLY SMOKES!! We Love it! Not only is it an incredible workout, it has given us a basic skill set for uncertain and unpredictable situations. Joe's FR has every kind of class available.. private sessions, weights, kenpo and boxing. They also provide classes for children. Honestly, the other thing I really appreciate in this gym is that it is tailored for every body, size, age and shape. It's a legit gym.

We heard about Joe's Fitness Revolution through some friends and decided to sign our two older kids up for Karate. They immediately fell in love with the classes and next thing you know I started taking their boxing classes that were at the same time as the kids karate classes. The owners are two of the nicest people I have met and they truly appreciate each gym member. They are so dedicated to helping each individual reach their goal, whatever it may be. And pricing is definitely competitive with other gyms around. My family and I are so happy we found Joe's!
