Jersey Mike's Subs

Have to give it a solid 5 stars for a sand-which shop!It is my son's absolute favorite place to eat in the world so we order it often and it is very consistent with quality and service.Usually opt for the turkey sandwich Mikes Way, but others like the Philly cheesesteak are very solid as well.

I don't know anyone that would want to go to the Jersey Mike's.They're rude and there's only one employee that actually gives me the time of day. She wasn't there today. So i didn't purchase a sandwich.I'll most likely never come back. The assistant manager was very standoffish when I told her I was homeless. She was unprofessional and very inconsiderate. I'm surprised shes even in a higher position.

Horrendous customer service. I placed an order online and when I arrived they gave my order to the wrong person. And this girl had the biggest attitude because she messed up. They didn't even apologize. She kept muttering under her breath too. Don't go here if you want to be treated like a second class citizen.

One of my favorite chain sub spots and I have been to a bunch of locations but this one was different. The cold sandwiches are solid compared to other places but my go to at Jersey Mike's is the Big Kahuna. This is a fully loaded cheesesteak with peppers and extra cheese. Given the name of this sub, it should be stacked with meat and cheese but the ones I have gotten here are not that. I have gotten the regular and giant, which is like 2 regulars. When I get it here it just does not hit. The bread is good, white or rosemary, but the sub seems lighter, and the ratio of bread to meat is off. The service is friendly just not sure why they're not a sub above like other locations.

Jersey mikes. The supreme club. Get in my belly. Roast beef. Turkey. Bacon. All the fixings. Mikes way. Freshly sliced thin cuts of meat. I order mine on a white roll. A regular size is $14 This is my go to sandwich. My parents wanted to try the cheesesteaks so we ordered a chipotle beef and the original. To be honest they tasted the same and the bags were not marked so we couldn't tell which one was which! Haha but overall they put a lot of meat in the sandwich and the flavor was on par. The Elk Grove location is in a busy plaza next to a ton of other restaurants.The sign outside does not light up at night so it may be hard to find but it's right next to smash burger. (Jersey mikes get lights on your sign! Haha)

I am a fan of hot sandwiches. Jersey Mikes has a vast selection of hot and cold sandwiches. I tried the Chipotle cheese steak, which was basically a cheese steak with Chipotle mayo. It was really good. Aside from the messiness and the fact that it was a tad overpriced and maybe not the best choice if I'm trying to eat healthy...it was a good sandwich. I'm a fan of the bread too. I would love to try more sandwiches.

Was hungry and saw this in my search. First time here. The place looks nice. There was ample parking when I went. I got a spot up front. There was one lady in front of me. The guy took my order right after her and another worker started my steak right on the griddle. I had seen reviews on the big Kahuna steak sandwich so I ordered it . I know the foot long was a lot at almost 20 bucks. It was so worth it. So tender and juicy with a lot of meat. I enjoyed it and couldn't finish it. So much flavor. I would come here again to try something else.

My new favorite sandwich place is Jersey Mike's. It's the second time I've been here. The sandwiches are great. I love the tuna sandwich. It's not just a blob of tuna, they actually put some minced celery in the mix. Yes, I'll be coming here again.

Updated....customer service wasn't as good as previous occasions. The food was excellent as always. I saw the way the owner (male) and likely female family member treated a customer ahead of me and an obviously unrelated employee. Condescending, outright rude. Hence my rating has dropped from 5 to 3 stars. I will visit this location in the near future, hopefully the customer service will improve.

Manager is rude they made our sandwich's for a funeral terrible bread was falling apart i called and got told he can't believe that and he'll give me a discount on my next order. Never had a manager not offer to remake the food or fix it. He said absolutely not he won't loose that much money BUT WE LOST THAT MUCH MONEY but it's okay for us to loose a catered order of 18 sandwiches that got thrown away. Rafael. If you've worked there for 12 years you've worked in customer service 12 years to LONG you don't know how to treat people especially customers i told you why we ordered those sandwiches A family member was hit by a a car and died at 51 years old you have no compassion and shouldn't treat people like that SHAME ON YOU AND THIS STORE your reviews are terrible so here's another one
