Jersey Mike's Subs

Atmosphere was wonderful. The sandwich was amazing. David cooked it as ordered. #17 is our favorite. There was a woman mopping and keeping the place great.

So I will say first I have only been to one other Jersey Mike's subs, about 3 years ago, which was Watt/FOB and I was NOT impressed at all. My point being I was very skeptical when my buddy suggested Jersey Mike's for lunch today, but at the Arden/FOB location. Now I haven't seen the guy in 10 years and thought I don't want to be a killjoy, so i politely excepted and said to myself, Self "what the hell, different place, might be better"Man was I right this place was A++, Fresh everything made like a real sandwich should be, no Skimpy Bull S**t! Bread was super fresh, I had the rosemary parmesan which was great. Produce was super fresh, I am a stickler about shredded lettuce, and this stuff was nice a cold and crisp. Great portions of meat, and the provolone cheese was good as well. My buddy had the Portobello Mushroom sandwich (Yuk) Lol. But he said it was amazing...Anyway, This place is on point, I will be back...I told my wife when I got home, best cold sandwich I have had in long time, seriously. Well, Unless I make it at home myself. :)

Asked very politely for a Tuna sandwich and for my bread to be toasted before they put it all together. I was told that ownership doesn't allow them to do it, and refused to make the sandwich. I have nothing against the kids working there, and respect them for sticking to the "rules"However, Management/franchisee needs to rethink their approach. I was going to put in a catering order for a 100 plus company event tomorrow, but have decided to take my business elsewhere. I'm all about small business, trying the customer right! I should've go to the store off of Sunrise...I believe the owners name is Ernesto? Have had NOTHING but amazing experiences with him and his entire staff. I honestly thought all Jerseys Mike's were as good as his. If/when I go back his store will be getting the rest of my business from now on....takes some notes, you might not lose business or ridiculous practices in the future haha

Tried to order online but the gluten free option was missing. Called and spoke to a nice employee who explained they were running low and gave alternative ways to order a Gf sandwich. Sent my husband in to order and glad we did! This place is impressive- everything is carved fresh and the service was impeccable. Lots of meat options and a decent veggie option. Easily my current top craving as a GF vegetarian that's 39 weeks pregnant.

I was hesitant about this place, but holy moly...it's GREAT! So fresh. They cut all the meat to order and grill it right there. I literally have no complaints. Even with as new as god place is, they are all working well together and running things smoothly. We love it here

I really enjoy coming to this establishment because the portions are so big. i Always make my sandwhich giant size so i eat half and save the other half for dinner. don't be discourage when you arrive and there is a 10 people wait. They move fast! my favorite sandwhich is the Chicken philly so good!

If my last meal had to be from any sandwich place, it would be Jersey mikes. I'm not just saying that because I'm fat, the food is literally the BEST!!! And they have good costumer service. Mike knows his shyt.

One of the better Jersey Mike's. Nice outside seating and nice neighborhood. #14 is my go to.

Sandwiches are always great but don't bother ordering ahead. I arrived 5 minutes after the order pickup time said it would be ready and it wasn't ready yet so I waited for 5 minutes. When I asked when it would be ready, they said 5 more minutes. I waited almost 25 minutes for my order whereas everyone who ordered in store got their orders immediately. If I would've known that, I wouldn't have ordered ahead. Defeats the purpose of the convenience of order ahead and sucks that their order pick up times aren't reliable.

When I went in, I asked for a number 7 with tomatoes and pickles and they told me they had no tomatoes, so I was like "can I have a piece of bacon instead" and they said sure but I will charge you and I said "no, you shouldn't charge me because I am replacing the tomatoes so , they didn't charge me. So then I asked for a drink and they said that I couldn't have a fountain drink because they didn't have carbonation so i asked for instead of a fountain drink a bottled drink with the chips and they said no it isnt a fountain drink so it doesn't work and a worker said "there is a subway down the street so you can go there " and that's why I'm writing a review. Very poor customer service, I do recommend going to subway because they are nicer.
