Jefitaz Menudo

We came across Jefitaz Menudo during the Mexipino Food Fest in Natomas this past weekend and I'm glad we decided to try them out. Due to their food truck being the main one providing Mexican food they were super slammed and unfortunately sold out of a lot of things which led to my 4 stars. Started off with their Peach Mango drink, tajin & chamoy rim was a must! 10/10. Super fruity and refreshing. I especially enjoyed the shaved pieces of fruit throughout the drink. As for our meals my husband got the Regular Steak Burrito, 9/10, and I got the Flauta Cup - 2 chicken & 2 birria, 7/10. My husband's burrito was very flavor, had tender meat, and was very filling for $9. My 2 birria tasted too fried and dried out so those weren't my favorite. Chicken had more meat and weren't nearly as dry (surprising). They were out of potato for my choice, wish I would've gotten to try that! Once we placed our order I had no idea how long we'd be waiting. Again, they were the only Mexican food truck so you would imagine our wait was extremely long. Over 30+ minutes, very disappointing. Be sure to ask how long the wait is before placing your order at events like this! Overall, they were good and we'd try them again as long as it isn't a crazy event like this one.

Drink was so good, taste just like the candy & the cookies were amazing, even my dad ate some. Service was great, the girl at the front was super nice. Love the feeling of the storefront

I've been a fan of Jefitaz for their delicious drinks ever since I discovered them during the pandemic. It has been awesome to see them expand to a lot of local events and markets, and now their own storefront! I love their variety of agua fresca flavors, and I've tried many but my all time favorite is the peach mango! I had it three different times this week and I could still go for another one. Their storefront is available on DoorDash so I added on their food also. The birria ramen was full of delicious tender meat, and it was the perfect spice level. The super quesadilla with asada was also yummy, although smaller than I hoped. Both of the salsa flavors that came with it were amazing! I could buy those by the jar. Can't wait to continue trying more food and agua fresca flavors!

I always have a very pleasant experience eating here! The staff is very nice and attentive and the food is great. This time I tried the quesadilla which I definitely recommend...I almost went back for seconds! The agua frescas are super good too. The pineapple cucumber agua fresca was very refreshing, it hit the spot! The pistachio horchata was new to me but still very good. I definitely recommend this small business!

Came across this food truck this weekend and so glad we did! The quesa birria taco plate was absolutely delicious!

Everyone here is so kind, attentive, and well knowledgeable about the menu! I love how they offer a wide range of food, desserts, and drinks for everyone! Everything is made by great detail and love! There is something here for everyone! Their s'mores drinks in their cracking chocolate cup is hands down one of the best sweet drinks / dessert drinks I have ever had!!! It was like eating a s'mores! I loved their taco and the meat itself was tender, soft, flavorful and perfectly balanced! Plenty of seating inside and a very cute photo spot by the wall with the glowing signs. Pop-Up Location Rancho Cordova next to Costco and first visit for their Auguas Frescas which was set up under a tent with tables and jars filled with mouth watering drink flavors and Matcha Horchata was on my mind so I got the large with crushed wafer rim and fresh strawberry it was delicious! The food truck as I browsed their menu I did find the combo Quesabirria Tacos that came with rice , beans with dipping sauce AMAZING!!! the side of consume was plane I do recommend their Agua Frescas !!!

Okay, I didn't try any food...but what attracted me to this place was their vast variety of drinks. They have different sizes but of course I wanted to go all out. I tried the strawberry horchata and it was good. They do a great job by making it look very cool in the bottle/container. I will say, they can improve on customer service because the lady I encountered in the truck didn't look happy to be there.

I'm not sure if they sold the name of jefitas because I'm sure is not the same ladies running this place, got the enchilada suizas and there's was no cheese seems like they fried the tortillas and just throw the green salsa on top so sad this place is not the same another disappointed place to write about and not going to came back any ways.

First time dining in at their new location! It was decorated for Valentines with a cute setup to take pictures. My family ordered 2 Quesabirria plates, a Birra Ramen, and three aguas frescas. Everything was great, super tasteful and not greasy at all. Their employees were super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!!
