This was a golden find. An adventure for me and my kid. We wanted a mom & pop's coffee place... so here we were. The coffee was delicious it's a quant and comfy shop. It's just around the corner. The lady who attended to us was super nice. Go here.

Don't do it. Coffee was strong and mediocre. But I got the $4.99 croissant with turkey and cheese and thought it tasted funny. Noticed the low quality ingredients and tried to shrug it off but I threw it up a few minutes later. The meat tasted bad and the cheese looked like straight up government cheese.

This is one of the sweetest little coffee places I've ever been to. The size of the space and welcoming attitude of the lady really makes it feel like you're in her house instead of a shop. All the standard syrups are available BUT there are some special/homemade (?) that are much thicker and unique. The pumpkin pie syrup basically looked like liquified pie and tasted amazing. Same with peppermint bark. The Kahlua Cake and Irish Cream Cake are made by her mother and taste exactly how you would expect them to after decades of experience. They're fluffy, light, full of flavor and big enough for two people to enjoy with their coffees. Be sure to add the tip BEFORE she runs your card! She's too polite to ask for one and deserves it more than most.

This is one of my favorite mom and pop coffee shops in Citrus Heights.Whether it is buying a shaved ice smoothie, a caramel macchiato, need a pound of espresso, or a basic iced coffee, you will be promptly served your drink with a side of hilarious conversation from the barista.This location is a tad hidden, but maps will bring you to this hidden gem, without fail.

This is probably my favorite coffee shop in all of greater Sacramento. The woman who owns the spot is so kind and holds lovely conversations. It has such a homey vibe to the inside, I love the atmosphere. Not to mention, the coffee she makes.... Just Yes, yummy, and so good!!! I'm a coffee enthusiast, so I grow picky on my brews and drinks. She has never disappointed. She even messed up on a drink once and the mistake was even amazing tasting. This spot is ran by a lovely business owner and barista all in one. I would really recommend!! She also sells little cakes that are homemade by her mother (I believe thats who she said) and they're super yummy. I haven't had the sandwich's or other food options offered, so I'm unsure how those are. Nonetheless, I do not mind driving to Citrus Heights just for coffee if it's from Java Cherry!! I wish she was open 7 days, but she deserves days off too. Check this spot out, you will not be disappointed.

Coffee is great, drink combinations provide tons of fun options, service is amazing, prices are fair, clean and cozy environment. They also sell small cakes made by the owners mother. And they are PHENOMENAL.

Such a cute place! Homey feeling, cashier (possibly the owner?) was very personable and kept us company while making our drinks, and gave us a stamp card for when we come back. Drinks were delicious and she made them in a very time-efficient manner. I couldn't believe we'd never heard of this before and we'll definitely be back!
