Craving something hefty but clean, Jacks Urban Eats will never fail you. At least not for us. It's my goto spot for when I a hearty and big salad. My favorite is the Western BBQ steak but I love that they have a build your own option. They have hot and cold sandwiches, tenders, pastas, and salads. A little bit to cater to everyone. A very family friendly place to eat. Something for everyone. It's a cafeteria dine in style. Order and sit down and they will bring you your food. Been to multiple locations and service is always fast! Everything always comes out fresh! That's what I love! Urban fries are always a must!!!!! Although I felt our order this time didn't have enough blue cheese lol, but that's alright it was enough.

When I was in high school this used to be a super popular place we would visit. Coming back 6 years later it still felt the same. I love the area it's in, it's a beautiful area to take a walk and it's right across from the mall! The food is delicious and fresh and the menu has tons of customizable options.

Delicious turkey plate! Carved turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy and sauted squash. The meal was very good and the service was even better. Great place to have lunch when you're shopping at The Fountains in Roseville, CA.

Located in the Roseville Fountains, very popular and busy eatery, even for a weekday lunch time. Seems to be a very popular place for young folks to hang out and meet up!Food is fresh but the flavors of their sandwiches are a bit bland and under seasoned. Portion sizes are pretty small and limited, especially given the prices of their sandwiches ($13-15 w/o any sides). Overall, very expensive for the food prepared, nothing so savory that we'd specifically have a desire to go back. Urban fries were probably one of their tastier dishes, but even then the fries felt like they were defrosted and dropped in the deep fryer.They sell beers by the can, so there are decent drink options to go w/ your meal.Parking is in the Fountains lot which is reasonable.Servers are fast and friendly.

Service is always quick and staff is friendly. I ordered the steak salad and the steak was a bit dry and the red onions were cut quite chunky, I'm used to thinly sliced onions. My friend ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and really enjoyed it. And of course we had to share the urban fries, the best fries! Overall food was ok, we really came in for the fries which never disappoint.

I love the garlic fries and the salmon plate . The only complaint I have is I have to buy the fries separately from the salmon because they will give me the fries but not the garlic on them . I think they should make an exception if you want garlic on your fries . Everything is delicious

I think it was fantastic customer service for one of the workers at Jacks Urban Eats to give me a order of fries. I thought the $17 Cajun Chicken Sandwich came with them but it was A La Carte. Thanks for the great customer service. Definately coming back.
