Jack's Urban Eats

Jack's is one of our favorite spots to eat.... Has something for everyone in the family! Kids love the Mac n cheese & chicken strips and I always order them a side of cheesy broccoli. The salads are my personal favorite! They have great combos to choose from or you can create your own. Salad topping choices being endless & you can add as much meat as you'd like. My husband always gets their sandwiches, but the salmon plate might be the best thing on the menu! Whatever you do, DON'T skip the urban fries! Those are a MUST! Service is great, staff is friendly, restaurant is clean with a good vibe!

I had the Chinese Chicken salad. The plumb vinaigrette is weak and the specialty salad place doesn't have miso. The salad was fresh, service was prompt. Just weak on their salad dressing choices.

I've been to this location a couple of times and the service and food has been on point. Today I ordered the Superfood Salad and the Jacks Urban Fries well done. The Salad tasted fresh and I like how they gave me half an avocado! This salad could be served as an entree or split between 2-3 people. The fries also tasted great! Fresh and hot! Overall I would recommend this place. I came on a Sunday lunch and it was busy, yet the service was fast!

I haven't been here in over about 2 years, but the blackened salmon salad is the only thing that I've ever ordered. What I do remember that the salmon portion looked more like website photo, than what I received today. Kind of a rip off in my opinion. Don't think I'll be back because it's not really worth the price anymore.

My wife and I had dinner at this location. She had the turkey plate and I had the salmon. Both were excellent both in taste, quality, and value. We dined in close to closing. They ran out of balsamic vegetables and quickly made up a batch. Excellent service! We'll be back to try some other items.

We were making a one night stop in Folsom CA. On our way to the hotel we saw a sign for a restaurant that we liked. After almost 15 minutes of circling the parking lot and parking structure looking for a parking space we gave up and drove to a neighboring strip mall in hopes of finding a restaurant. We stumbled upon Jack's Urban Eats. It looked like you typical cafeteria style restaurant; but, we discovered that we could order and the food would be brought to your table. We ordered two roast turkey dinners and were given a number sign for our table. The food arrived quickly. The food was consistent with the ambience of the restaurant, not super good; but, not bad.

I enjoy visiting jack's for a quick & simple salad, and it's been a go to spot on my list for years now. +Build Your Own Salads which comes with greens of choice, 6 toppings, 2 dressings, & optional protein. For a standard rate of about $13 plus protein price ($3-6) is a little steep but they do give a generous amount of toppings. I can usually get 1.5-2 meals out of it, but I have definitely noticed they skimped the past few visits. +A must order are the urban fries!!!!!!!!!!!!! Crispy thin fries covered with red pepper flakes, chili oil, & blue cheese. $5-7 depending on size. It's so creamy and tasty with a hint of spice, highly recommend. +spicy buffalo sandiwxh $14 was unimpressive. Bread was dry and not enough sauce. Would not opt for itAs for the location itself, huuuuge parking lot shared with other complexes. Service is friendly and fast. They got my salad dressing incorrect and offered to remake the whole thing. Not the cleanest Jack's I've been too but they tend to be pretty busy so can't blame them

I went here to have something quick and easy here at Jacks Urban Eats, the food was really good, and the restaurant was really neat, and you could see the kitchen where they make the food. The workers delivered the food fast and our family enjoyed the food and this place.

I was visiting friends and we ate at the Folsom location of this restaurant and it was FABULOUS! I love salads and their menu allows you to pick all the ingredients you want in the salad. The selection of ingredients was vast and the salad I chose was scrumptious. I only wish there was a Jack's Urban Eats in Fremont as I would be a frequent customer. If you aren't a salad fan, their sandwiches selection was large and the ones I saw looked yummy. Please open one in Fremont!

I love Jacks very much and have been a long time customer! But today I was super disappointed. My boyfriend picked me up a Steak Salad from Jack's and the steak is so pink, it looks raw. Not sure if it's even cooked! I've had a steak salad there before and know that this is not usual for them! Please do better Jacks with making sure your meat is safe to consume!
