Teriyaki garbage bowl. Looks like sht don't order from here. Sorry but I'm not satisfied. Dry and old. Waste of my $$

I combined two jumbo jacks with cheese and I stopped buying french fries from Jack because they're too stingy with the portion

I needed food that would be guaranteed fast. Fast food won. (duh) Wanted most healthy protein and got it - grilled chicken. The meat quality is not good but there was a tomato slice and a couple cheap leaves of iceburg lettuce and the bun was alright.I don't like the gimmicks that this chain advertises to lure in the mindless ones. Calling the sugarized sauce, "good good sauce"? Lame. Gimmick. And it wasn't good let alone good good. And I don't like the exorbitant price I have to pay so that Dumb Jack can afford for his jet fuel. Paid $13.26 for a #13 grilled chicken small fry and small drink meal. I don't like the rotten surface of the entire parking lot here. Property owners need to fix that. Major potholes. And the unnecessary curb near the liquor store? Better not hit that pointless hazard.I do like the wonderful service I received from Leticia (name on receipt). I do like that the bathroom was very decent for a fast food restaurant (need to be buzzed in). I do like the clean tables and the floor being mopped while there. I do not look forward to returning to any fast food joint, but at least I won't regret patronizing this location on top of eating junk food.

We just got back home and when we opened our food we were expecting a number 4 double size large they swapped it with a hamburger that's a single small burger idk but I don't have the time or energy to drive back over there to exchange it do better!!!

I went on 10/25 around 7 pm, and the cashier attending at the drive-thru was very rude and had no customerservice skills. As i was waiting for my order, I saw how the cashier threw a bag with food to the customer ahead of me. When it was my turn, he doesn't say hi, he charges me, shut the window and walk away. He's just playing around with the rest of the coworkers. When he comes back to hand me the drinks and the bags with the food, he kind of shoved them to me. He did not ask if I needed anything else. He just closed the window and walked away. We didn't get any sauces or napkins. Whoever prepped the chicken fajitas we ordered, only gave us half of it and the order half was completely plain as the pic submitted.

I was pressured to complete my order when the employee asked me if the order was correct on the screen. I wasn't allowed to respond and was told to pull up to drive to the window for payment. As I drove to the window, a Jack in the Box representative greeted me with an attitude by saying to his co-worker, "I'm unsure how you deal with these people."He returned my debit card after payment was processed there wasn't a receipt provided. When I asked for the ranch, he tossed the sauce on the brown paper bag, crushed the bag, and proceeded to give me my food. After the food was provided I took a couple of seconds to review my order there weren't any napkins or utensils provided. As a loyal customer of over 25 years, I was sickened by the representative behavior. I hope fewer customers deal with this classless conduct.

Pretty bad. All the negative reviews were true. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. My order were placed wrong. The food came out soggy. Not sure why my breakfast burrito looked like it was half full. Never coming g here again

I ordered six tacos and they went to a different location. I called the other location and they said they could won't refund me. And that they wouldn't transfer the six tacos to the elk Grove one. So basically Jack-in-the-Box is taking my money.
