23 Dollars for 3 ribs with Mac&cheese is crazy work! Although my son liked how they tasted, that's highly ridiculous and an unbelievable price for the amount of food you get!

Good food, bad customer service..... a little over priced..,.. $35.00 2 small ribs in a plate....so for someone like me, no matter how good the food is the bad customer service will keep me from going back! The guy at the register acted like he was being bothered by having to take my order. Then when my food was done, he sat it on the counter and walked away to talk to his friend.. I had to ask, hey is this my food? Mind you I was sitting right there the whole time.... And just like that, it doesn't matter about the food - I what stuck out was the awful service

So far I have enjoyed the cheeseburger here, the Philly cheesesteak and the shrimp bowl. My least favorite are the wings only because they are breaded and I prefer bare wings with the different flavor options. Overall, each of my experiences has been pleasant and professional. You also cannot buy any sodas or drinks because she is inside the store so you can purchase your drinks From the store.

Saw this place on yelp and gave it a try since they had high ratings and good reviews. It's located inside a grocery store. We came before 3pm and there were a lot of customers. The owner was nice and friendly but very busy. We got the buffalo wings with fries and Philly chicken cheesesteak. It took around 30 minutes of wait time to get our food. It was served hot and freshly cooked. Most customers just had their food to go but we ate ours there since we were starving already. The food was great; tasty and flavorful. They have more food not on the menu that the owner was telling us to try. We'll have to come back and try those next time. There were some available seats if you want to dine in. The tables were clean. Hoping for a faster service next time though.

Have the shrimp and grits again for maybe the seventh time and it just keeps getting better every time excellent food wonderful taste grits cooked to perfection shrimp cooked to perfection links cooked to perfection as well nice amount of butter cheese seasoning bell peppers it was excellent overall fantastic I love the food there I've tried many of their other items and everything is excellent I recommend it to anyone wanting a really great flavorful experience of soul food excellent

Back with another. Lobster shrimp over noodles and a sausage link. Bout my 4th time ordering here. They gon get you right every time. This time I door dashed cause them youngins be having dull customer service. But the food always good.

Great food,friendly place to eat staff is really nice and helpful.Ms.j helped me with my order today . She recommend the barbecue plate and it was really good.

Got the loaded potatoes . Simply amazing. Huge portion! I will be back for sure! Made fresh to order. I am looking forward to trying their other menu items.

Much as I love Tori's place, sometimes it's nice to have ac whilst waiting for your food. The oxtail dish was fantastic. Seating area size was just the counter. Most people took the food to go. Had a sample of the ribs as well, pretty tasty. Unfortunately, a lot of the pictures were from the old menu, didn't see the shrimp and garlic noodles. Cashier and cooks were both friendly.Nice grocery store food joint, will be coming again.

First time seeing this place I had to try the food. I order their Bustown burger with fries, hot link with fries, Ox tail over rice with greens and mac-n-cheese and cornbread muffin, Shrimp-chicken-steak over fried rice(?) and a three meat BBQ plate. Yes I ordered all of these because if it was good I would have left overs. If I did not like it then I could try something else to determine a return trip. I tasted the love in everything. The burger, the patties were seasoned well, plenty of cheese, pickles and meat juice and condiments to send drips of flavor down my hand (I was along so the drips did not go to waste.) The hot link that comes on the burger is really well balanced, it did not over power the flavor of the burger with spiciness, I could enjoy the burger and the condiment make-up on my cheeks. The tapestry bringing the patty and the hot link together... the bacon. The ribs, are really good. I know to get ribs like their takes a lot of work because I cook ribs. The ribs a seasoned really good. The meat is tender and the entire rib is well covers in bbq sauce. The way the meat comes off the bone, I think these are competition style ribs. Delicious and worth the price.The greens and the Mac&Cheese are really deep in flavor and the textures are awesome.I do not care for oxtail because of the texture of the meat but their oxtail has one of the best textures I have ever had to to with the deep beef flavor. The shrimp-chicken-steak, asparagus over rice has so many different flavors the blend together with texture and seasonings. The care in the effort to prepare each of the meats in this dish can be sensed. The hot link was good. Simple, not over powering for my taste anyway, easy to eat and enjoy while eating it with fries.I can taste the passion in the food.
