It's A Grind

I love it's a grind! But this is NOT ITS A GRIND ANYMORE. Coffee was good? Not sure cause my drink was overly sweet. Employees are too the point. Nothing to note on service. Go in...order...get your stuff and badaboombadabing. Nothing memorable here. Sad it's not It's a Grind. Their stuff was amazing.

A coffee place inside of Kaiser? Such a pleasant idea. What's even better is that it's great coffee.Every time I come to this location, it softens the blow of having to wait in the occasional long pharmacy line, or going to see the doctor for even just a check-up.I came here last week and it's easy to spot, it's located just to the right of the entrance to Kaiser, which is located along Big Horn behind the Sprouts/Petsmart shopping center on Laguna and Big Horn. My Triple Chocolate mocha blended drink was icy, smooth and had just the right notes of chocolate and coffee blended together and after I requested a chocolate drizzle on top of the whipped cream, the friendly, smiling cashier asked if I wanted it along the inside walls of the cup as well. It was delicious and what I love about this company is that they bring your drink to you so you can kick back and relax while reading, playing on your phone, or perhaps craning your neck to see if your name has finally been added to the pharmacy electronic board for pick up haha.

Took one sip and threw it away. The drink was made wrong size, wrong consistency and incorrect ingredients. Employee working could have cared less about helping me (his friend was hanging out behind the counter.) Disappointing to say the least!

My old It's A Grind closed down which really bummed me out, but when I found this one a lot closer to me, I was so excited and happy again! It's just like I remember and their little space in the hospital is adorable and clean. Both drinks and pastries are quality and the baristas are quick, attentive and cheerful :) Im really glad I switched doctors! Lol!

Amazing service and the best coffee I have ever tasted! I purchased the ice blended coffee with a shot of espresso when visiting Kaiser and I can honestly say I am hooked!

By far the best coffee I've ever had. Even the americanos which I usually have to say are the least flavorful, are very good! Great service and delicious!

Get the chunky monkey it's delicious get that the lady's flatter the older guys. The atmosphere is different and the coffee is great. Grinds need to expand and should think of franchising in Lodi Stockton area.

I Love the Brew Station, it was called Its A Grind at first. I started going to this one in Kaiser, because the other one closed down. I met someone in there name Heather,she was very welcoming and very friendly,and everyone that works in Kaiser Loves Heather. Because she pretty much knows what they wants. She has built a friendship bond with a lot of Doctors and Nurses and even me. Heather knows what she's doing.

Apparently they were training a new person today! They not only missed the bull's-eye! They missed the whole target! Twelve plus dollars for two blended lattes! Came out with no tastes and began to separate from the ice! Yesterday, about 1 fourth of the way through, I was left with mostly ice with a light taste of coffee! Another few seconds blending would probably make a difference! You can see the unblended ice in the final product! Staff needs additional training! That's all!

If you are a supporter of Kaiser or health workers in general, and also like coffee with great service, make sure to check out this It's a grind in the Kaiser right off Big Horn Blvd. This guy Marshall always holds it down in there and you wouldn't wanna miss out. Next time you visit your Grand daddy be sure to receive the 5 star coffee experience of your dreams.
