I come see Lily every 3 weeks and she is so good at what she does! She will take any inspo photos you have and replicate it. She will also give you advice on nail care and truly cares about the condition of your nails. Highly recommend! Alicia is also great!! All of the ladies are so attentive.

One of the worst salons I've ever been too. I left with a wounded toe (deep cut in my cuticle), horrible child-like polish job, and ended up spending close to 2h there due to them being slow. It stinks like nail polish so my lungs were hurting after. Also, they don't accept card payments, forcing you to use their ATM that charges for every transaction. They were also badmouthing one of the customers and kept chatting non stop. I wish I could have my money back.

My friend and I went in for a pedicure because we were in the area. I paid for the $47 pedicure ($55 after tip), regular polish, kinda wish I had spent my money someplace else. The ladies in the shop were nice, but the end product was NOT worth $55. I could have did a better job painting my own toes at home. The colored nail polish doesn't cover my full nail on any of my toes, except my big toes. But I have the colored polish all on the sides of my big toes that wasn't cleaned up. All the other toes the paint doesn't go to my cuticle so it looks like it's all grown out already. The clear polish is kinda all over the place, but also somehow not completely covering the nails at the same time lol. I have a lot of clear polish around my nail, on my skin and like at the tip of the nails to my skin underneath, so my nail is like attached to my skin by clear polish. All of this wouldn't be a huge deal if it was one or two toes but this is like every single toe. My friend also got her cuticle cut during hers. We won't be back. Some people talked about the place not being clean, but I didn't really think it looked dirty but the place is small and cluttered with all the pedicure stations and manicure stations.

Worst experience ever!! I had a pedicure done waited for 46 minutes to get a nail refill. I had to just get up and leave . The prices are so not worth it place is dirty . Orchid nails is clean and they will tell you exactly the time you have to wait to be helped. I never ended up getting my refill after waiting 46 mins! Worst experience ever!!!!!!!! This place is dirty !!!

Omgggg this may be the worst nail shop I ever been to! I went with a friend for the first and it was the last time. The place is dirty and cluttered. Look around and you will see that they don't clean. It looked old fashioned in there, the shop needs a major makeover. It was not an enjoyable atmosphere. Staff was not good at doing nails! My nails looked horrible: uneven, chunky and not what I asked for. My design lines are not straight. I would be afraid of getting nail fungus, it was not sanitary at all in there.Will not return and I do not recommend! I usually go to S Lounge, but my friend wanted to go somewhere near her house. BAD IDEA! ‍ There are many place to choose from for the same price! We were very disappointed!

I forgot to check yelp before going in. They price jump once you're in the chair. The woman insisted I get gel. Told her no 5 times. Wasn't the best spot TBH. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere.Just gel the experience sucked. My nails aren't good look at all.

I came here today with a friend for two pedicures and the experience was amazing. I got white gel base with a glitter on top for my pedicure which came out perfect. The staff was very kind and gentle with the pedicure. I love that they have the sanitary bag on the pedicure bowl and they sanitized the chairs before we sat down as well. Overall a great experience and couldn't complain. Diane was the lady who did my pedicure today and I will be going back to see her on my next visit.

I've been going to Island nails past 6 years, my daughter joined me last year. Yen is our nail technician. She is amazing, always accommodates me and my daughter. Prices in this salon are very affordable for the quality. All the ladies are very friendly and we got to relax while listening soothe music.

horrible horrible horrible!!! stay as far away from this place as possible, they are FILTHY, rude, and don't do what you ask! my mom got a pedicure here and they gave her FOOT FUNGUS! her big toe is so swollen and the nail is cracking in half after going here! absolutely disgusting they have zero cleaning procedure they just wipe stuff with a towel if you're lucky! Ann is so rude and rolled her eyes at me when i said i didn't like how uneven and bumpy my acrylics were. she left half my nails looking so horrible i immediately went to another salon to fix them because they were so bad! this place needs to go out of business IMMEDIATELY!

Wow worst place ever! Department of sanitation needs to visit them. So dirty. Reusing everything. Not to mention I walked out with RAW fingers and blood on them and my polish already coming off. Never again. If I could do 0 stars I would.
