My husband wasn't super hungry but I had been craving a salmon poke bowl. We shared an order of the musbi and it was delicious with the sauce. My salmon bowl was amazing and is making my mouth water thinking about it again! I didn't catch the young ladies name that helped up but she was super sweet and attentive. She gave us a sample of the frozen dessert cherry and pineapple and it was so good we ordered the pineapple one. Plan to come to this establishment again! We were there on 1/11 around 4ish and wasn't very busy which was surprising how good the service/food is. Ambiance was laid back and quiet

We didn't realize the last poke business in this spot closed when we were heading here, but I definitely like this one more. Entrance had a nice Hawaiian theme and the place was super clean. Barely busy when we walked in, so we were helped right away. Nothing in particular really set this place apart as it pertained to the food, but the ingredients were still very fresh and the area they were stored in was very organized and immaculate. However, the person serving us (Caitlyn) gave some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Extremely amiable and genuine. Her disposition was so inviting and we didn't feel at all rushed even though there were others waiting to be helped. This place is also full-service apparently, so it was a pleasant surprise when she told us to have a seat so she could bring our food and utensils to us. She even checked on us halfway through our meal, which I'm definitely not used to at a poke establishment. Will definitely come back. Hope this place is here longer than the last one.

Island Fin Poke has a food truck. Yup, serving up their food goodness in a mobil format. A few weeks ago, I caught a weekday lunch. The two gals working the truck were fantastic. When I asked questions about ingredients, for the items they were unsure, they offered to quickly call the shop to ask. Despite my questions, they worked quickly providing customer service that didn't feel rushed. The salmon poke bowl tasted great. Fresh tasting ingredients. Quality tasting salmon. Yum. Beautiful presentation. But hey in this economy, the poke protein serving size is on the smallish side. However that's the situation with every other similar business. At least Island Fin is consistent with their serving sizes. I also bought a Hawaiian Sun n fruit drink. Luv that stuff, it's not a common product at mainstream grocery stores. So it's a treat to find. Hawaiian Sun comes ins a variety of flavors, made without HFCS. Plus the truck sells soft serve Dole Whip. $6. That good stuff is made without lactose and HFCS. The menu also includes spam masubi $4 each or 2 for $7.

Service was good!Poke bowl... meh. It's so bland and I got 3 sauces. I was also surprised crab salad isn't offered as a topping. I think you can get more and better flavors for the same price as other local poke shops.

Decided to try this place again after my first review and had a great experience. Customer service was just as great. We dined in and our server brought our bowls to our table and got complimentary dole whip afterwards. I got their BYO bowl, which includes 3 scoops of protein and I think they're pretty generous with their scoops. I think I'll ask for more sauce at the end next time cause I couldn't really taste the OG sauce in the last couple of bites.

OMG stopped in here for lunch today and I was so surprised how fresh and tasty the food was. However the best part was the customer service provided by Nathan. He walked us through each step, explained sauces, took our stuff to the table and came back and cleaned our stuff up. He even told us about the rewards program. The places inside is small but very clean. Lots of info on the walls to advertise different boba drinks. I felt all the toppings and seafood were fresh and I loved the different sauces. This was hands down the best place to eat in Delta Shores.

Ordered through DoorDash so have yet to go in and experience the ambiance. I didn't get to actually eat my order until 30min after it arrived but I was so impressed by the amount of love that went into this bowl!! It was PACKED! Ordered: Tuna Salmon PineappleSeaweed saladEdemameAvocado GingerCarrotsSaladWhite rice Spicy mayo A sweet sauceCucumber The crispies they add on top (If I'm forgetting anything it's because I was too busy stuffing my face) The flavors were great, there's a good kick but the sauce wasn't burn your mouth so you can't taste any other flavors spicy I ate half the bowl and was stuffed! This is my new favorite poke spot! Thank you for giving me my moneys worth plus love! 10/10 recommend this place.

Especially impressed that Island Fin seems to be a chain that is largely based in the Southeast. There was a delivery special on the tuna bowl. By default, it came with Ahi Tuna, Edamame, Corn, OG Sauce, Pineapple Mango Salsa, Spicy Pickled Veggies, Green Onion, Togarashi, Sesame Seeds, and Crispy Onion. Very tasty - a excellent mix. I'd probably skip the creamy sauce next time. Will try out the other fish options next time to make sure they're just as good!

Very clean store. It wasn't busy, barely anyone inside. It was my first time here and it gave a friendly awkward vibe. The person making my food gave me ALOT of edamame like 5 scoops which I didn't mind. The sauces are super good though.

I stopped in while running some errands at the Delta Shores stores. I love poke, so I was super excited to try this new spot.Since it's in the shopping center, there's plenty of parking nearby and it's easy to walk to. They have indoor and outdoor seating and when I went the outdoor seating was decorated for the holidays. As soon as I walked in a staff member greeted me and handed me a printed menu with their offerings and walked me through how the process worked as well as some things that set them apart. The customer service was great.I opted for a build your own bowl, which may have been where I went wrong though. They offer some toppings that most places (I've been) don't and I was immediately interested in trying wasabi peas on my bowl. I feel like they were generous with the toppings and most of them were free to add instead of upgrades. Masago was extra though. My bowl was pretty heavy and was $23.83 after tip for a regular bowl ($17) with masago added ($1.50). I couldn't eat it all in one setting so I'd say it was worth the price. I would not order the wasabi peas or the crispy garlic on top again, I was happy they offered these but it took away from the other textures and flavors for me. I probably would try one of their Signature bowls on my next visit so the flavors would be more balanced. I also want to try their Dole whip next time. They have different flavors available and it's 50% off from 2-5pm.
