The facility is well-kept and the staff is so nice. For example, they went over the program in detail. We covered things like make-up classes, how do they handle medical emergencies, setting up auto payments; moreover, they offer free Wi-Fi in the bleacher area where we lazy parents sit and play with our phones under a forced-air heater, near the well-stocked snack/juice vending machine.Notably - this place was so accomidating, I've committed to a year-long enrollment just because they "knocked my socks off" with their compassion, appreciation for honesty, and willingness to work with me financially.

We're so pleased with International Gymnastics, it was a great fit for our grandson. We loved Coach Jimmy. There was a few substitute coaches in between until we had Coach Haley! She's fantastic and encouraging! When our grandson started he couldn't do a somersault or hang from the bars! Today was his last day and he was able to do everything with confidence! He normally wanted the coaches to help him with his legs so he could hang on! It's our last day because he starts soccer and basketball next week and we couldn't fit gymnastics in, too! Please give huge kudos to Coach Haley! And our best regards to Coach Jimmy!

I have been coming here with my granddaughter for morning kinder class for a few months now. Coach Amber helped sign us up and was so knowledgeable and helpful. This gym is very clean and organized. Better than any gym we've tried. The mural in the kinder area is so neat. Coach Jimmy is amazing and my granddaughter has so much fun there. Highly recommend this gym !

I don't normally leave reviews unless something significant enough happens that calls me to help other consumers. I signed my girls up for gymnastics after a trial day thinking that'd I'd give it a try for a few weeks to see if they like it. They charged my card for the month and also charged a yearly junk fee for each girl.My girls ended up not liking it at all so I asked for a refund after 2 weeks of trying. It took me a few tries to even get a hold of someone via email and phone. I asked for a refund for the yearly junk fee, a refund for a class that didn't even have a teacher on that day, and for a cancellation of autopay. After 6 email attempts and over 3 calls, I finally got a hold of someone and they said they will apply a refund and cancel the autopay.Luckily they did cancel the autopay but never applied the credits as they said they would. Every attempt after to communicate with them via email or phone led to no response. I have a busy lifestyle and don't have time to follow up continually like this when a good business would follow up and at the minimum answer their email and phone. I ended up disputing the charge and hope to get a refund but at this point I'm burnt out by the whole situation and consider it a loss.I find it mind blowing that this business is still running because it is so poorly managed and I'm sure I'm not the only customer that has lost money from this business. They don't even care to follow up on the other negative reviews on their business in Yelp. I just can't fathom how a business would be so poorly managed on the customer service side and still be running.Sign up for classes here at your own risk. I hope one day the owner learns a lesson that you can't treat customers like this and get away with it.

Came here twice for birthday parties. They have just one area for party set up and bleacher style seating for grown ups to supervise their children from afar. Adults are not allowed on the gym floor. I wish they had a better set up for their cubicle area, where the kids take off their shoes. Kids were bumping and trampling on one another trying to take their shoes off and putting them back on. Other than that, the kids do have fun. Jumping, swing, climbing, and bouncing all over the place! They do have a huge gym floor area, a foam pit, a balance beam, and trampoline area. The instructors were friendly and upbeat. You can bring your own food and drinks for party set up. If you are looking for a low key place for your kid's birthday bash, this would be your place!

They charged me for my son after a trial session without enrollment/consent for two months and are ignoring my request for a refund. Take your money somewhere else.

Unprofessional management/instructors and mediocre facility. Also, they will continue to collect auto payments months after cancellation, so beware. Plenty of better gymnastics for littles in Sacramento area. I would highly recommend Planet Gymnastics in Land Park instead, you will not regret it.

DANGEROUS!!!! My daughter was almost in the hospital. Seriously, run. I just left shaking and crying half way through my toddlers trial class. First sign I should have ran was the inch of dirt on the corners and walls by the cubbies. This place was filthy. No paper towels in the bathrooms. The coach Cindy had her phone out the whole time, and sent the 1 & 2 year olds on water breaks every 5-10 minutes. They aren't running laps!!!! They do not need 6 water breaks in a 50 min class - know your audience - these children are potty training at this age! As an ex competitive gymnast who grew up at a top gym in California I can honestly say I have never experienced something so dangerous in my life. Nothing covering the metal legs of the equipment. Nothing on the sides of the trampoline. The floors and equipment are next to the tile floors with nothing protecting there falls. They have toddlers doing mini mat beams and bars next to TILE! Toddler classes next to the team equipment. The entrance to the tumble trampoline is from the tile. My 2 year old daughter climbed off the trampoline fell backwards and almost cracked her head on the corner of the uncovered square metal leg of another piece of equipment. I left freaking out. DANGEROUS DIRTY DISGUSTING!!!!! Go to Tricks or Technique if you can!! We only tried this place out because it is closer to our house. Holding my baby girl so tight right now, I thought we were going to be in the hospital with a busted open head :( I am going 100% reporting this gym so no other child ends up seriously hurt.
