Why I didn't put five stars? Is this because of the customer service. In my opinion, they don't care about their customers. Mr. Corona was serving me and I was standing for 30 minutes straight up with no answer when I was asking him anything yet? He will tell me hold on just a second. Three stars is for solving my problem. Like I said again I didn't get five stars because customer service sucks at front desk. I haven't been on my appointment yet but I really hope they will do better. But like I said my problem was solved Half way only. The parking lot is huge you don't have to worry about that. There is also some college in the same building. So just a quick tip. Then you're gonna be walking into the building. IRS WILL be on your very right.

So I'm the estate executor for a friend who recently passed. I needed to make an appointment to talk about an estate issue. 45 minutes on hold the first time before I was disconnected. Second attempt was ONLY 40 minutes on hold. Got an appointment, and then my wife fell ill and I needed to cancel. I really didn't want to inconvenience them but of course the opposite isn't true -- the IRS could care less. Again, 45 minutes on hold in an attempt to cancel and this time none of the options allowed me to contact a live human being. So Tuesday I'll be a no show -- something I never do but something the IRS richly deserves.

Been trying to get my wife's ITIN for the last 6 months. First time rejected because the name didn't match because we got married and I forgot to include a married certificate. That was my fault... Second time rejected because I didn't include a copy of my tax return... The rep I spoke to said to make sure I wrote "copy" on it so they don't process it twice because they already had the original (because that makes sense). Third time I spoke to several reps and no one had any idea as the ITIN department doesn't note the accounts as to why they were rejected, so one rep suggested I went to the IRS department in my city of Sacramento.Doors didn't even open until after my appointment time. Was helped by a guy with the last name of a beer brand (since names are not allowed on Yelp, but it started with a C, so you can figure it out). He was rude yet cocky, so I was optimistic this would be the end of it... Thinking, they can't possibly reject the application now right? Since an IRS agent worked on it for me...Nope, rejected again. Which means the IRS ITIN department is either ran by incompetent people or the IRS agent helping me messed up. Either way, they sure make it hard for LEGAL immigrants to get processed in this country.

So the irs building is 9penedbup but this security dude making everyone wait outside. I been here 10 mins already. He is scanning one person at a time. Taking 10 mins at least to let people in. This is ridiculous. There are now 6 of us standing outside. The lady said there is no supervisor or anyone in charge to complain to. This shit is ridiculous. By time any of us get seen the its gna be shut down again. Dude in is high horse. People got things to do man. We are already suffering enough bro.

Our first appt we showed up, waited 45 minutes past appt time, then were told the one person that could help us just went to lunchMade second appt for 1 month later2days before this appt we got an email saying our appt was canceled. We called to reschedule and were told it was probably a mistake and our appt was still good but stay on hold while I check. We're on hold for 1 hour and then phone went dead.Showed up for appt and sure enough the cancellation was a mistake. Our appt was 9 am. We got here at 8:45. It is now 10:45

Monday 6/24/24 I arrived at 8:25 am and got in line waiting for them to open. They were supposed to open at 8:30. We stood in line (which got longer and longer) and 3 hours later STILL not open. Finally they told us the security guard didn't show up so they couldn't open! So they couldn't get a replacement security guard?? Whoever the company is they hired for security should be FIRED! So no one got their tax concerns handled.
