My best friend invited me to workout with her using a guest pass and I signed up for the 2 week trial almost immediately after, that's how much I enjoyed this fitness space! I've never really been into fitness prior to this, but in the last year I've managed to lose 70lbs through dieting and figured it was time to incorporate exercise as well. During my 2 week trail, I then signed up for a membership! This space is super inviting and every instructor I've met has been extremely welcoming and non judgmental. I also appreciate how they help modify things to meet you where you're at. I would definitely recommend InstaPhysique to anyone at any fitness level. In just a few short weeks, I already view fitness differently and more positively than I did before.

It's so clean and chill here. Everyone is nice and no one is judgy. I take Nena's class. She is amazing -- just the best mix of funny and motivating. I swear, I get more benefit from 40 min here than I get from 2 hrs at a gym.
