India Spices

This market is exactly what Antelope needed. I am happy to have the quaint store here. I went with my sister for the first time today. Great selection of items - vegetable are great and most importantly, very friendly and personable business owners. I look forward to my future visits and can guarantee a long customer relationship with this business.

Since I've been in the neighborhood (15 years) India Spices has been my favorite Indian grocery store to shop at. The owners are always courteous and helpful in finding and explaining products. They always have the freshest vegetables when in season as if they were picked from the garden and brought straight to their business. I love this place and would recommend over the other competitors in the area.

Nice lady behind the counter helped me look for an item the store & showed me an alternative when what I was looking for wasn't available. And it was on sale. I went in to an Indian grocery store b/c I just took a job at half my usual salary so I can't buy takeout Indian restaurant food 2 or 3 times/wk. I'll cooking a bit but I'm glad my purchase matched my budget!

I love this place! The staff is very friendly and helpful to answer questions you may have and show you around if you ask. The spices are so fresh, many of them right from India. I use a lot of turmeric for my cooking and to help inflammation in my joints. I get my turmeric here for a much more reasonable price, fresher, more potent and in bulk! I buy cumin here too as I use it in much of my cooking as well. They have a awesome selection of curry powders from mild to spicy. If you love to cook and try new making new ethnic recipes/spices this is the place.
