I recently ordered two sandwiches through their app, and I have to say, they exceeded all expectations. Not only was the app user-friendly and efficient, but the team preparing my order demonstrated incredible attention to detail.I ordered the Jeff Garcia on Dutch Crunch bread with specific requests: no ranch, no honey mustard, no dirty sauce, no tomato, and provolone instead of cheddar. Every single detail of my order was executed perfectly. The bread was fresh and had that signature crunch, and the provolone substitution elevated the sandwich's flavor profile to perfection. The lettuce was crisp, and the overall balance of ingredients was impeccable.The second sandwich, the Menage A Trois, was an absolute masterpiece. Attempted to try this spot for the first time. Ordered this tiny sandwich for 15$, got in my car, took a bite, to then realize there was plastic all throughout my lettuce. No idea if I swallowed any. The sandwich did not taste good anyways. Went inside to request a refund and the girls who helped me were nice but hardly even issued an apology. Seems they found it more funny than concerning. They did offer to refund and remake the sandwich but I was not risking consuming any other possible inedible objects that day. When asking about the refund timeline, the employee was not even sure when I would receive it and she said "if I don't get it back within at least a week then try calling your bank about it". Safe to say I will not be eating here again.

First time trying Ike's today and boy was I late to the party! This place is serving up huge sandwiches filled with quality meats, fresh veggies and the softest bread. Not to mention their sauces are addictive. This location is right on 16th street, I was in and out within 15 minutes thanks to the quick service. Not a lot of sandwiches here but that's not a problem because getting a sandwich to go and finding a park to eat it at is more fun! I can't wait to go back and explore more of their menu. There had to be over 50 sandwiches available. The unique names of them all make me want to try every single one. Definitely get the Madison Bumgarner on your first visit like I did.

I've been going to Ike's for awhile since I tried them in the Bay Area and I'm excited that they're here in Sac! This is typical local sandwhich shop with hipster decor. The sandwiches are delicious as always! However, the customer service is pretty subpar. I felt like I was a bother to those that were working, which is disappointing

Love love love their sandwiches from this location. This is the best spot to walk over during lunch and get a yummy sandwich to enjoy. They get pretty busy during lunch, so try and order online so you do not wait too long. They do have minimal seating, but it is great to grab and go. Love having this nearby to walk to during lunch.

Sandwiches are amazing and fresh tasty delicious! Service is great, they have online ordering available and you just walk in to pick up. This is great whenever you have a quick lunch and can't wait in line. Check out their huge menu options!

I order a sandwich for lunch at Ike's. When I entered the restaurant I was greeted by the staff. The staff was friendly and polite. I ordered a backstabber sandwich. The backstabber sandwich consists of halal chicken, artichoke hearts, provolone on gluten free bread. I had the creamy Caesar on the side. The sandwich was good and very delicious. Ambiance is customer friendly.

Great location if you work downtown. Right near all of the state buildings. Parking is tricky. It's only street parking and it's limited and on meters.Location is clean and bright with few indoor seats.The food is Very fresh. Good variety of sandwiches.
