I Love Teriyaki

Let me just start off with this wasn't my idea to come here. I had very low expectations for this place. My group decided to come here and I followed. I first tried to order the lunch special as it was Friday. I was politely told that the Lunch special time period was over. I was offered 2 other combo dishes. I almost ordered one of them, but realized that was too much food for me. I ordered the Teriyaki bowl. I was given a number and a water cup (free). The number was for our whole group. That worked out well. The staff was really friendly and patient with our group as we had 8 people coming here for the first time so we were all studying the menus. We never felt rushed. And we were all given water cups with no issue. There was no push for us to buy drinks.There were a couple of other parties there when we arrived. The establishment was clean, the tables didn't need to be cleaned off. That was impressive. We had a party of 8 so we moved two tables together with out any complaint from the staff. Our food came out quickly. My teriyaki bowl was over whelming. It was piled high with chicken. Enough for 2 people to share. I had my doubts about it when it arrived, but surprisingly it was really good. Everyone enjoyed their food. The Temporini was a bit too greasy for their liking. I had the onion Temporini and I though it was good. It had the least amount of oil on it. I would return and reccomend it to other people coming out of the movies. It's on the other side of the Cheesesteak shop.

When it comes to the food it's actually pretty good. I got the chicken teriyaki plate. The presentation was nice. I loved the teriyaki sauce, chicken, rice, and dressing on the salad. The chicken and rice were cooked perfectly. The chicken was sliced up, so I didn't have to cut it myself. I didn't like that they gave me a tomato slice on the salad. I really didn't like that they had corn mixed in with the macaroni. The macaroni itself was plain.When it comes to the service, ordering was easy. We got our food quickly. Now, we asked for boxes to take the rest of our food to go, right? We put our food in the boxes, then went to the bathroom. When we come back out, she's cleaning our table, but our boxes are missing. We asked what happened to the boxes, and she said she threw them out. Like what!? Why would we ask for the boxes, then leave them to get thrown out a minute later??As far as the ambiance, the place would have been nice and quiet if it wasn't for this family allowing their kids to run around, throw their toy trucks, and use the restaurant's stand (that holds your order number) to bang on the ground.The restaurant itself was very clean and bright, but the tables were rusted on the bottom. The restrooms were clean, but had rusty pipes.If it wasn't for the girl throwing out our food, I'd give this place a 4.5/5.

Dear management team ,I always come to location in Natomas food great but services bad person at cashier young man very unprofessional we he talk to you he at like he was hang member management I know you trying give job to young generation his skills are not for public bad customer services .I hope management team retrain this young men about customer services how to deal with public as you can see I am not only mention other reviews talk about services .

Why do they stop serving chicken waaay before closing time? Kid you not! Show up at 7 pm or 6:45 & NO chicken. Why? It happened not once, not twice but three different occasions. Just curious. Why not announce that after a certain time you stop serving it? Also, I couldn't tell you the many times the phone rang and kid in front ignored the calls lmao! He pushed the red button lol dude, that's business money lol

The food is always soo tasty!!!Service is fast The table is a bit sticky but can't complain when they have condiments on the table. Generous portions and at an affordable price.

I came here before going to the airport. The staff is completely hispanic, and not that I have a problem with that, but when you are eating sushi, you don't expect to hear loud mariachi music!! When I came in the staff completely ignored me for several minutes. I needed to eat so I didn't leave, usually I would if ignored. I got the rainbow roll and it was good but it had wayyyyy too much rice. I don't know what's going on with this place, the vibe is way off and atmosphere is inappropriate for the cuisine.

Let me just say DO NOT waste your money on this food at this place. I feel like, THEY DO NOT PUT EFFORT Iinto what they serve you. The meat is always dried out & burnt. The rice is dry. They don't give you the Secret sauce anymore... (not the teriyaki sauce)!I wouldn't bother, I would not recommend this so called restaurant to anyone! REVIEWS are IMPERATIVE please read the reviews on this place so that you understand not to waste your money here. AFTER they mess up your food THEY won't even answer the phone to rectify the situation.Unfortunately this establishment deserves a zero rating.

Order a Thai Chicken Plate with all rice. Only 2 other people in the restaurant at 11:00am. Waited 30+ minutes for my food which clearly they lost my order. Food came out and it wasn't a Thai plate and had a salad and Mac salad. Not all rice like I ordered. Front staff girl wasn't sympathetic at all and could care less Glad I gave them a tip when I pre-paid. I will never eat here again!

The food was honestly amazing! I was dying over this tiger roll and I'm usually not a huge sushi fan. I would 100% come back. Also service was nice, answered my questions and smiled but we didn't have much interaction past that. My food partner said the Sunrise roll was also delicious. My box was super good, the teriyaki was flavorful and had a perfect char on it. The gyoza was nice and crispy and hot. The rice was cooked well. 10/10

I placed an online order through yelp/grub hub, I got a estimated time for when my order was going to be ready and as I'm going to pick up my food at 6:19pm they tell me they haven't gotten an order with my order number / name. The lady who was helping me with my order said she would ask the cooks about my order, I waited until 7:30pm for the lady to tell the cooks to make my plate. Mind you I came in a little early so I would be there for my order. I had to wait over an hour just for her to tell the cooks to make 2 plates ‍‍ horrible service
