This was my first sugaring service, I had scheduled the appt only 2 days in advance, so there's flexibility and availability at this location for those who have unpredictable schedules. It was super clean, Lashea took her time in explaining what she was going to do before each step. She was also kind enough to keep me talking to her the whole time to distract me from the pain, and it worked!In my experience waxing is more painful and the results aren't as good for me. I have incredibly sensitive skin and have had allergic reactions to soft wax and many other hair removal products/services, which is why I wanted to try the sugaring since it seems like more natural option for very sensitive skin.It's been a few weeks now since my visit and my skin broke out way less than usual, it cleared up much faster than after waxing, and the hair removal results seem to be lasting longer too.I loved Lashea. I highly recommend her and coming in and trying sugaring if you never have, I'll never go back to waxing after such a great experience with the process, results, and of course Lashea, she made it feel like we were just two friends chatting over coffee, so I'll definitely keep scheduling with her.

I went back for my second time and I received a waxing fromkaelyn. She was wonderful! She was bubbly, fun and kind. I enjoyed talking to her and even better, her waxing was amazing! Pain was minimal and she warned me before getting to the "hard spots". I will never go anywhere else now or get regular wax ever again!

I didn't think i would enjoy going in for my first ever hair removal service but boy was i ever wrong. Hannah graciously welcomed me into the studio and made me feel comfortable from the very start. She was gentle, explained everything extremely thoroughly and even made me laugh throughout the (surprisingly painless) process! I was left with results that exceeded my expectations. If i could give 10 stars i would!

I highly suggest this method of waxing. It's natural and less harsh than typical wax, especially for sensitive and highly allergenic skin types. Samantha was my esthetician. She was meticulous, concise, took her time and to ensure that I was comfortable and satisfied with my services. If you're looking for a perfectionist, I highly suggest you book an appointment.

I have been getting waxed/sugared for years and I must say that Kaelyn is by far the BEST! She is so sweet and texted me to let her know when I arrive so she can help me find the salon. It was however very easy to find on my own. The space was so cutely decorated. Even though I'm no stranger to the process, Kaelyn had no problem in explaining everything as she went along which I know will definitely help the newbies. She even reminded me to take deep breaths on certain areas. I love how you can book online and I got in within a day. I highly recommend sugaring with Kaelyn

I can honestly say that I was skeptical about how well this process would work. I have done several Brazilians with normal waxing procedures even though I knew the pain I would endure (beauty is pain, right?). But there is absolutely NO COMPARISON. Not only was the sugaring process much more enjoyable than a normal waxing session, Kaelyn made it fun (almost) and took the time to help me plan out a path to help me maintain the esthetics I like to have for my lady parts. She is kind and funny and very professional in her attention to details and what her clients need. (Roseville, CA location)

Lashea is simply the best! She is super friendly, quick, and a delight to talk to while not always in the most comfortable of positions (I see her for Brazilians). I've been sugaring for years and when I moved to Roseville a couple years ago, I had a heck of a time finding anyone that sugared, let alone someone as efficient and warm in personality as Lashea. I'm typically in and out within 15 min and the conversation easily flows the entire time. She's also super reliable and flexible. If you're still waxing, I highly encourage you to switch to sugaring, and Lashea will absolutely make you a convert. Trust me, there's no one else like her anywhere in the area.
