We have always had good visits here, but this most recent one definitely raised the bar, thanks to Alyssa who is super welcoming and friendly. She was extremely helpful as she engaged with my indecisive child to whip up the breakfast of her dreams! I call your "happy wife happy life" and raise you a happy teenager. This is now our new favorite breakfast joint particularly with Alyssa working there! What did we order? The Two eggs, Taters, and Toast meal (turning the toast into biscuits and gravy) and The French Quarter Platter (with Alyssa perfectly specializing the dish to not just meet needs but exceed expectations). Topped off with two iced teas. Everybody wins.

Yo sorry this review is several months late but I STILL REMEMBER CRISPY RED POTATOES. EXTRA CRISPY. Overall this is a good place to come to get a filling breakfast/brunch/lunch with a group of friends! We came here to celebrate my partner's birthday so that was fun and cute and they gave him a birthday beignet so that was nice of them!Atmosphere - It was giving me Louisiana, southern swamp style vibes due to the decor and menu items. It's a welcoming place with booth seating and tables as well. We sat in a booth so yay that's what we like. Service - Service was good! I don't remember our server's name but she was so nice and real with us. She helped me make important decisions for food. She was the one that told us about the extra crispy red potatoes and let me tell you, THANK YOU!Cost - $16ish is the average for main entrees, you can get snacks/shareables for like $8 not including tax and tip. Parking - They have a parking lot that can fit a good amount of cars, at least 20?Location - I'm not too familiar with Roseville so it was pretty easy to find and they do have other locations!I'm coming again for these crispy red potatoes and I gotta try another dish because they have a lot of selections and they sounded and smelled good.

came here 9/17/2024 for early lunch.Inside was super cute and family friendly environment. I came with my friends and they often come here to the point the servers all know them. Super friendly. I got the New Orlando Skillet and it was super big and delicious. The creole sauce on top of the potato, egg, sausage, cheese, mushroom, and cheese made everything better. It reminds me a little of salsa. I as also able to try the fried green tomato and it was the best. I usually hate tomato but this was barely have any heavy tomato taste. The sauce that it came with is a perfect match. I didn't notice they have strawberry lemonade so I got peach tea. I didn't expect some actual peach in the drink. A very refreshing drink. It was slightly sting at first, but as the ice dilutes the tea, it'll the flavors are still there. Lots of options to chose from. Defiantly have to try the waffles next time.

Let's start with the friendly service, Desera, she was very knowledgeable and did I say friendly was amazingly cheerful! We ordered 2 Breakfast burritos with andoui sausage, one bubbas Burger, 3 crab Benedict, Cajun fries loaded with chili and cheese, and a regular cheese burger with bacon! The girl where every happy with their Benedict said it was very tasty but did lack some crab flavor and some texture, the hamburgers where excellent! And definitely up order the Cajun fries well worth it! The burritos were good very tasty and filling! Overall excellent meal and would frequent this establishment again! The price was also right for 7 people

I usually go to another Huckleberry's location, but wanted to try a different spot just to compare. Came on a Saturday morning and while there was a good amount of people, we only waited 5 minutes for 2 of us. The bayou theme feel was the same, but the layout here is more tight and sectioned off. My bestie ordered a Bloody Mary & the bayou style catfish with gumbo. She liked the flavor of her drink and thought the balance of alcohol was just right. She really enjoyed her meal & found it all tasty!I got a coffee & California Benedict with potatoes, added onions and bell peppers. The coffee was fine. I was a little disappointed with my meal. There was still some rawness to the onions & peppers in my potatoes. I also found the flavor of my Benedict lackluster. The tomato added a firm veggie texture, but didn't bring anything flavor-wise. When I was more than halfway done, I remembered & realized I didn't see or taste any balsamic drizzle as described on the menu. Maybe that would have made a difference, but I was already finishing up.We had a great server who was attentive without being overbearing, and we felt a friendly vibe from many of the staff.

First time visiting a Huckleberry's and I really enjoyed it! Ordered Stacked Chicken & Waffles and man was it tasty. Perfect mix of savory and sweet, hit the spot. The Hashbrowns were yummy too, but it's not hard to get those right. The iced caramel macchiato is where they lost me, I wasn't a big fan. But i LOVED the whipped cream on top it was nice and thick and rich. Very nice. I went with my sisters and they enjoyed their food, and I would go again! The theme inside was surprising to me, I didn't expect it to be BAYOU THEMED! I saw a gator statue and was hooked. What a fun theme. Love me a themed restaurant. I plan to visit again soon with a friend (the theme intrigues her) and I will follow up. #gators #southerncookin

I was hesitant to try this place being in old Denny's location. The atmosphere inside was a pleasant surprise and wait staff very friendly. Turn offs for me were the cheap utensils - the fork was bending as we tried to use. The food we were eating was soft so bummer! Invest in good silverware is my input. The menu had us salivating for all we wanted to try. My husband got a banana foster and I got the Monte Cristo - one of my favorites. They were ok but fell below the mark for us.

What a great breakfast place! Came here with my family, party of 6 on an early Monday morning. The hostess and our server Angel were awesome. 5 star friendly service and fast service! Right when we were seated our server came right away to greet us, took our drink orders. Not too long after we ordered our food everything arrived. Orders were correct and all came out at same time. Here's everything we ordered;Fried green tomatoes 5/5I always want this if I see it on the menu, mostly because of the old movie "Fried Green Tomatoes"Got an order for the table, it was nice and crispy, batter was perfect not too thick, tomatoes were still nice and firm inside as well. It came with this delicious Cajun sauce Stuffed French Toast 5/5This was amazing! This was filled with a sweet custard cream and topped with your choice of berries. I choice the huckleberry of course. Can you believe I've never had a huckleberry before. Anyway I enjoyed this dish very much. I felt like I was having dessert for breakfast Huckleberry muffin 5/5Some of the entrees come with your side choice of toast, muffins, etc.. I chose this muffin. It was amazing. So light, moist, and airyChicken fried steak 4/5This was pretty standard. Nothing different or special stood out from the others I've tried but it was good. Maybe a tad on the saltier side for me Mississippi Skillet 3.5/5Came out in a skillet but wasn't hot and sizzling like I expected it to beCrabs Benedict 4/5The crabs Benedict was good, the hash browns tasted like the oil needed to be changed so I didn't enjoy that too much Overall, I do recommend trying this place out for a casual breakfast experience. Service was excellent and fast. Food was pretty good. There were more menu items I wanted to try so I would definitely come back here.

After our first visit here all I can say is wow. The decor is warm and welcoming and the menu had a dozen great looking choices. I normally don't try to order special but I asked if they could sub out the fried green tomatoes for the English muffin and replace my potatoes will avocado. The result was incredible! The best Benedict in my 54 years of trying. The fried green tomatoes were crispy and the eggs were cooked absolutely perfectly. To top it off the hollandaise sauce was exquisite. Smooth and creamy. Not too thick and with a perfect flavor. These folks know how to cook. Drop in if you're looking for a great neighborhood restaurant with friendly people and amazing food. We will definitely be back.
