Honor Kung Fu Academy

I came here looking for another school for my son. This is a very well run school. I could tell the instructors know their stuff. The teaching was well structured. My son is in very good shape, but his legs were sore after the first free trial. From watching my son at his free trial, I could tell this is not a babysitting place. With lazy students, they smack the children with a kicking paddle. I know it doesn't hurt and makes a big noise, but it gets the student going. For students needing encouragement, they motivate them with positive words of reenforcement. My didn't transfer my son to this school. I really want to, but the cost of sending two children here was beyond what I can afford. If I have the extra money, I will definitely enroll both of my children.

my kids enjoy it. the shifu is kind and helpful and patient and he holds the students accountable. He pushes them to work hard AND he makes them laugh. The school is clean and organized. The other students and parents are friendly. I wish I could've been able to learn here as a kid but I'm grateful that at least my kids get the experience.

Went to the county fair in Sacramento this week. Came out to this on my car. It was stuck to my windshield. Now I have to get a razor blade and scrape it off my windshield. You shouldn't put things on people's cars. Especially when it's raining. I get it you are trying to advertise your business but maybe pick a day when it's not raining.

I have been training in the Chinese martial art of Wushu for going on 13 years now and only now, joining this martial arts studio, have I really felt like I've been learning something new. The masters of this studio provide each class with a workout that tailors to the students. The masters themselves both trained in China so you're not going to find many teachers that are better than them. So if you're looking for a place to start then you've found the right place.They teach self-discipline, restraint, and self defense just to name a few basic things. But overall this place is an amazing place to train and I absolutely love it a definite recommendation from this martial arts practitioner.

Excellent school. Authentic wu shu/kung fu academy. Shifu Tang with extensive training, competition and performance experience since his own childhood. This is his life's work. He has great energy. My son started at age 5, somewhat nonchalantly at first. Now after a year and some, he looks forward to going. My son's flexibility, focus and ability to follow directions have improved. He is also understanding the relationship between putting in the work and seeing results. Its encouraging to see as a parent. Class schedule is flexible making attendance easy for a busy family.

This is a great place to learn Kung fu. The instructors are great at teaching it too. They also do performances and competitions to give you or your child a boost of confidence. They also will care for you when your in class and always asking if your able to continue during class if you're feeling tired. They also have a great schedule and will always make it flexible towards you. It is a great place.

Both Sifu really push their students to their max potential. In the beginning, it's quite difficult since you're pushed to your limits, but you eventually get used to it and gradually improve in a lot of things. I've been going regularly for nearly three years and I've definitely seen improvement with my health and my strength. I have more energy during the day and I'm very motivated when it comes to learning new things. The sifus are very social with the students and creates a really free and easy atmosphere. Many students have formed little friend groups here.Every student learns discipline and there are changes in their attitude, with the exception of a few students, but they have a lot of time to learn and improve. It's also fun to learn new things and depending on how dedicated you are and how hard you work, you're moved up to intermediate and advanced classes. They've recently added classes for adults, though I haven't watched what they do, they seem to push the adults the same they do with the younger students. There are varying age groups, mainly teenagers and children, but there are also young adults who are doing classes as well who are taught with the intermediate students or adults.

This school is probably one of the best in this area. The teachers are taught in China and u can find few that are better than them. They really push the students beyond their limits and I really love training here. The teachers connect with the students very well.

This is an excellent kung fu school. Students learn self defense, but they also learn situational awareness, confidence, humility, respect, and service-mindedness.
