Holy Grail Bbq

The breakfast burrito was delicious! Good amount of egg and meat, not overloaded with potatoes like some others do. Thank you for supporting the first responders during the Caldor Fire!

I want to give these guys 5 stars because they're local (in El Dorado county) and I love supporting local businesses, but if I may share some suggestions to make their offerings even better:*Mac and cheese sauce: Doesn't look or taste house made - unlike the kind that you would have somewhere like The Independent in Placerville where it's made of real cheese and has bread crumbs to add that nice texture and crunch. It tastes more like nacho cheese. Perhaps even some bacon bits on there?*BBQ sauce: Similar to the mac and cheese sauce, tastes too store bought and doesn't need to be drizzled generously over everything (but perhaps that is my responsibility as a customer to request since the staff can't read minds).*Meat alternatives: I'm not a vegetarian or vegan, but I have overheard folks at Jack Russell asking if they have any of those options, so I think it wouldn't hurt to offer at least a vegetarian option so they don't have to turn those customers away. As far as the actual meat itself - it does have enough flavor to stand on its own. The staff behind the food truck are super nice and hard working, so I will keep ordering from them if I see them at any wineries/breweries I'm at regardless because I would like to see them prosper.

Brandon was totally worth it! He catered our wedding near Apple Hill and made it so enjoyable. Plenty of compliments from guests and no issues whatsoever! Super awesome brisket that was so tender and the bbq sauce was phenomenal! Hope the best for him and his team in the future!

They catered a wedding I was in recently and it was some bomb BBQ! Everything was delicious, the BBQ chicken was the best I have ever had. Mac and Cheese with bacon was fantastic. One of the kids at the wedding had three helping of the mashed potatoes and ate those instead of dessert! If I ever need a caterer I know who I'm calling.

Food is delicious!!! In addition, I am grateful for your Thin Blue Line flag support in acknowledgment of our Fallen Officers in the area. In these times of fake wOkE outrage sheeples who tries to vilify and slander others, WE HAVE YOUR BACK!!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Local, family owned business who gives back to our community. The food is AMAZING, but the people are even more incredible. Would highly recommend for catering your next event! Thank you Brandon and crew for all you do for our school and community

Omg! The Bacon Mac n Cheese!!! If you or yours are into 'fall off the bone, melt in your mouth' meat, then this place is for you. Our whole family of 4 was happy, happy, happy!

Holy Grail does a great job. Brandon and his crew provide tasty food with complete professionalism.

We ordered food for my son's birthday. The food was great. The sides are not very great. The ribs are I think the best that they have. I will go there again, but I won't get any sides. Even the fries are just standard fries. The ribs are the bomb.

We had Brandon and his crew cater an Employee Appreciation/Veterans Day lunch at our work and it was amazing. His food is great and well received by our employees. Plus he is a very nice guy. We will definitely be using Holy Grail BBQ again. Highly recommend. :)
