Great quality sushi, we loved the spicy roll and the sesame balls. They just opened up so aren't serving beer till their liquor license passes soon but we will definitely be back. Fast and friendly service and a cute spot that is just starting up. The rolls are so tasty and not overpriced. This will definitely be our new go-to spot!

My dad and I decided to try this new place. They've been open about a month so far. We ordered three rolls. The namesake, Lincoln Hills, and Spicy Ninja without jalapeños. All three were good and something I'd order again. But the Spicy Ninja was probably the best followed by Lincoln Hills. There was lots of fish on them. The service was good and polite. The restaurant was clean. But nothing fancy. I really wish they did something to reduce the noise. I could hear the conversation behind me perfectly. I miss the restaurants with booths and noise dividers. But I guess that has gone by the wayside. I'm looking forward to going back and trying the rest of the rolls and maybe taking the plunge to try a sushi taco.

Welcome to the neighborhood! We live right around the corner and were so excited to see a sushi spot opened just minutes away, so we decided why not try Hokkaido instead of one of our regular spots tonight. The place was completely empty when I walked in. We were seated, given menus and waters, and then ordered all under 5 minutes. Throughout the visit, we did feel monitored because we were the only table there, but that makes for attentive service . We were in and out of the restaurant in less than half an hour!We ordered two rolls and one order of nigiri. Their fish quality is solid and their rolls were pretty yummy. While being full sized, the rolls are a little skimpy on toppings and smaller than what I am used to. Their nigiri has a good fish:rice ratio and the white tuna was very tasty. I also liked how their rolls aren't covered in sauce.Prices are also comparatively lower than other sushi spots around the area. They also have quite a few specials running for a limited time! The inside of the restaurant is small and fairly quiet, and I'd probably choose take-out over dining in next time. Overall, it's pretty good, close to home, and convenient!

The prep team needs to be food consistent. My fish for my rolls did not come out as abundant Kevin M's review. It was about 30% of the fish he received for his rolls.

Greeted by very nice staff. Great value for price. Tried their Tonkotsu Ramen and was good! Great for cold weather. Bento box was also good, portions was just right. Hibachi was cooked to liking.

Very solid sushi. Tasted fresh and will definitely be back to try other rolls. And we had it Togo so I'm sure it's even better at the table.

Went there for lunch today. Clean environment, good sushi (try the sushi tacos), and a reasonable price. Grand opening week special: But a special roll, get a basic roll free! I don't usually (or ever) review places, but this place deserves more business as they start out.

Delicious sushi, service was great, we had a medium size group on New Year's Eve. We were under the TV which was a little loud because that's where the music was playing from but other than that it's a great new sushi spot

OK, this is my second time here. I sat down this time and ate inside. I tried the nigiri for one. Comes with 8 piece chef choice and California roll $25. I have to say was grocery store quality. The saba had some flavor to It. I also ordered the seaweed salad, was okay. For me, this will be a place to get a couple rolls. But for quality nigiri go elsewhere. This place is what it is. Nice little casual spot, for some tasty, fair price rolls. Will have their liquor soon.
