First time in and we drove all the way from El Dorado Hills. I didn't expect it to be a haul, but it was worth the drive. When we ordered, we got right down to business and obviously ordered for a family of five when it was just the three of us. The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly and the food came out so fast! It was a nice size restaurant and I could see this place being really busy during lunch or weekends hours. The parking lot is always full. The restaurant was clean, brightly lit and there were plenty of seating on a Thursday night after rush hour. I like that the food did not feel heavy or over saturated with oil like most Chinese restaurants. We definitely enjoyed the food and will be back when we're in the area!

Didn't deserve a 3. It was conflicting. So I went generous with the 4. Stopped by here to give this place a try:Honey walnut shrimp: 5/5 this was delicious. Light coating. Not overly sweet. Cooked great. Siu mai - I'm not sure what was it but Everytime I grabbed it with chopsticks the shrimp at the top kept popping off. Taste was good. Size a bit small. But all in all. 4/5Soup dumpling - it tasted fine. The problem was. They were all stuck to the paper so when I tried to grab it to eat. It easily tore and the soup drained. 3/5. I didn't try the condiment they gave. I opted for the chili oil on the table which was delicious. Staff was attentive and friendly. It was by no means bad. Hence I didn't think a 3 was deserving. But wasn't quite a 4.

Came here around 6 on friday. Parking was soooo difficult to find we had to park on the opposite side of the parking lot. Inside was veryyy small, like around 9 small tables probably, much smaller than i expected. So not recommended for like parties over 4 tbh but it can work. We ordered 7 dishes: pork xlb, spicy greenbeans, house(?) fried rice, garlic noodles, fried scallion pancake, mongolian beef, pork and cabbage dumplings. Pricings not bad, not too expensive which was nice. The food overall was alright. Came out decently quick. Xlb was ehh alright tasted diff, uhh garlic noodles were lacking a bit needed more flavor or something, mongolian beef and green beans were pretty good tho. Other chicken dumpling things were meh, and they lwk forgot our fried rice but they brought it later eventually and it wasnt bad. Portions for the dishes were pretty decent. Scallion pancake was a bit disappointing, much thinner than i expected and not much scallions/green onions, but it was def crunchy.Service is pretty good, nice and honest when we asked for recommendations lol. Overall its okay, seems like a family run business. But i like journey better, but nice to try :D

My 2nd time coming for dinner. The portions are large so we always have leftovers! The garlic noodles are good! We also got the sweet & sour chicken it was good as well my favorite was the spicy fried wonton! The sauce to dip it in was great! The service was friendly & quick. It's clean inside & nicely decorated.

A quick stop to give this a try. Only ordered the spicy fried wontons and some pork and cabbage dumplings. They were good. I'd come back and have some of the other food. Looking around those green beans looked great and someone had a soup that smelled delicious! Be sure to ask for the soy sauce and hot chili condiments. (Bathroom decor was not great. But looked clean. Restaurant has nice paintings and kids drawings displayed. )

First time trying. Tiny hole in the wall in a strip mall. Not a lot of variety. Food came out fast. Special chow Mein was tasty. Mongolian beef was just ok. Service was friendly. Busy place. Noisy as the kitchen is very close by.

We get takeout here all the time! We've never dined in but their takeout is very consistent, large portions and delicious! We typically get the general tsos chicken and black pepper beef. I like the how the takeout is in paper containers and is environmentally friendly. Service is fine and typical. Overall, would recommend.

This is our go to when we want egg flower soup. We've tried other places, but for some reason, Hidden Dumpling House has the best egg flower soup. This time we felt like some sesame chicken and tofu. Both items were very good. I called it in, so the food was ready right when I arrived. It was a busy evening, so I'm happy I took it to go. When around and you want some tofu, egg flower soup or sesame chicken, stop on by.

I'm a bit disappointed, this place is usually really good. We ordered a bunch of items and the soup dumplings were so salty. Otherwise, they have good hot and sour soup, orange chicken, beef chow fun, and garlic green beans. I dined in and two weeks later order out. Both incident the soup dumplings are salty. I would never order their dumplings again but will definitely order the Chinese dishes.

These guys are amazing! I haven't gotten my food yet but already decided that I'm coming back just for the service! It's a cute little shop with 8 small tables to dine in.The dumplings and soups are all so good!Last point I need to mention is that 3 of us had lunch and we didn't finish any of the soups or the dumplings. The portions are pretty big.I'll definitely be back while I'm in the area.
