This place is so amazing every time I come in it's always smiles and perfect customer service. I truly feel genuine care in the product and customer service. I tried the açaí bowl a couple days ago and today I got the strawberry banana. I am pregnant and this is such a great pregnancy meal. I feel so recharged and healthy and fulfilled after one of these bowls very hardy a good amount of serving for a very fair price for 12.99 the ambience very nice. They always have some relaxing or lively music going on and the seats are very comfortable to sit on while you wait for your bowl or if you dine in and every time I've come in the place is always very clean, smells delicious. Ambience is airy and bright so happy that this place is in Folsom. 10 out of 10 would recommend they have flavors so it never gets boring but I wouldn't mind getting the strawberry banana smoothie bowl every single time. It is so delicious.

Amazing shakes, waffle and donuts! Definitely worth every penny. My kids love it too so it's a win for me.

Highly recommend this spot for those who want to stay healthy but have a big sweet tooth! The service is great, requested my shake to be extra thick and the guy who made it did not let me down! Environment is welcoming but the shake itself is worth the drive from Roseville!

Food-blueberry protein donut. Yum! My boyfriend said it was the best protein donut he's ever had. They're super soft, no aftertaste at all.Drink-chunky monkey. This one's definitely a decadent drink for those with a sweet tooth. They had a generous amount of crunchy peanut butter Service- super friendly! The owner felt bad about not being able to make a waffle due to something with the power, but all good! I love everything else we hadI will definitely be back in the future to try their waffles and other drinks!

Delicious protein shakes and protein donuts! They have great customer service as well. Newer owners are wonderful.

So glad I found Nourish. Had the chocolate & peanut butter açaí bowl and it was delicious, high protein, low sugar, filled me up & was so satisfying. Also tried the house made protein doughnut that was so good. The owner is the kindest and SO knowledgeable on healthy nutrition. Can't wait to go back and try the waffles. Highly recommend

It was our first time coming here after seeing this place on instagram. The worker (possibly owner) was very friendly and greeted us immediately as soon as we walked into the place. The atmosphere was decorated and homey. We had some questions about the drinks and the worker was very knowledgeable and described what exactly was in the drinks down to what type of protein and supplements were in the drinks. Definitely would recommend and we will be coming back!

Great spot in Folsom to get a healthy shake and or drink!My family and I came out to Nourish on the day of it's official grand opening to the public, in support of our friend and Nourish owner Sarah....and the place was PACKED! Bustling full of family, friends, and locals from the neighborhood; it was an awesome site to see.On top of the delicious drinks the team at Nourish provided, I loved the decor of this place. White and black theme with a nice pop of color with the faux ivy accent wall, with the company name largely displayed provides for a nice photo backdrop for those visiting.While here visiting the 4 of us who came together each got a specialty shake and drink, my girl friend and I each got an energizing tea and our two boys got kids version of their drinks. What's nice about the drinks are the boosts that you can add to give them that little extra something. My girlfriend's energy lifting drink also had an immunity boost after too it, and my youngest son loved his birthday cake shake with sprinkles....I think the sprinkles was the icing on the cake for him.OVERALL: Great vibe, great experience and awesome shakes and tea drinks. Definitely check this place out if you're ever in the area!

The menu is wrong. I ordered a strawberry banana protein bowl. The menu said it came with coconut, when I asked for no coconut, the person at the counter said there isn't coconut in it. Then they put whipped cream all over the top which is not listed as an ingredient on the menu. If I'm ordering a protein bowl, I'm looking for something healthy, not a dessert covered in whipped cream.
