Service , ambiance , food .Came here for our anniversary dinner a the staff were very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The art deco inspired dining area has warm lighting and is comfortable and quiet. Our food was fantastic. The duck confit and braised short rib were prepared perfectly, absolutely melted in my mouth. Looking forward to our return.

Very busy even during the week20-25min wait even with reservations 3 wks ago.Other time last year just a 15min wait. Nice appetizers to start. Enter was delish... just took over 45 min for some reason... very similar to last dinner.

I recently had dinner at Hawks in Granite Bay and really enjoyed it! The vibe is upscale but still cozy, so it's perfect for a special night out or just treating yourself.The food was excellent--everything was fresh, well-cooked, and beautifully presented. I'd definitely recommend trying the gnocchi but more importantly don't skip the beignets + the salted caramel sauce.The service was super friendly and professional, though things slowed down a bit when it got busy. Nothing too bad, but worth mentioning.The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is it can take a while for food and drinks to arrive. Totally worth it for a special meal, though!Overall, it's a great spot, and I'd absolutely come back. If you're looking for a nice dinner in Granite Bay, Hawks won't disappoint!

This was for a birthday, so we picked a nice place like Hawks which was in our Yelp Collection list for years now.We got sat 15 minutes before our appointment time. It was a slow Monday night after all according to our server.I wanted to get the $165 tasting menu but the whole table had to be on it so we deferred.Libations:1. Smok'em if you Got'em (cinammon smoked old fashioned)2. Sunrise Spritz (low ABV aperol spritz)Victuals:1. Amuse-Bouche. Non Alcoholic Eggnog2. Purée of Butternut Squash Soup (and a complimentary mini bowl for my wife) with roasted hazelnuts and cilantro crema.3. Liberty Duck Confit with chestnut farrotto and sweet Amagaki persimmons.4. Slow Roasted Short Rib with fried Maitake mushrooms.5. Steamed Lemon Pudding with Marcona streusel6. Warm Brioche Beignets with salted caramel dipWe had complimentary sourdough & butter for our bread service and holiday themed sweet treats (papaya gummies and chocolate brickles) to end our meal.Definitely not a "weekend's get out of the house meal". Service was very attentive and our server was super nice. Ambiance was dimly lit and decor was superb. Definitely a recommendation for an upscale meal when in the Roseville/Folsom area.

We went to Hawks for a double birthday dinner celebration. Hawks is known for their caliber of service and quality. They lived up to every detail. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable. All of our drinks and entrees were delicious. I ordered the gnocchi and asked for a full dinner portion as it was listed on the appetizers. They were very accommodating. My husband and brother in law ordered the short rib, and it was excellent. Very tender and flavorful. I enjoyed the Tarte tatan dessert, and they even decorated the plate for my birthday! Very nice atmosphere for a special occasion. I'm sure we'll be back in the future.

Everything was great here. Food, service, and atmosphere were on point. I had the short ribs and I highly recommend them. The meat was cooked perfect and the creamy potatoes were delicious.

This is a great place to go for a celebration. The ambiance is elegant. They are on the Michelin Guide. The drinks are top notch. I enjoyed a wonderful pasta dish.

One of my favorite restaurants since moving to this area. I'm never disappointed here. Service and food are always amazing, even on a busy Valentine's Day dinner. They even remembered our anniversary, even though it wasn't mentioned in our reservation. They made the night memorable but for all the right reasons.

The food & drinks are incredible. We asked the bartender to surprise us & he made us delicious drinks. I got the wagyu cheeseburger and we ordered a couple of their desserts and split them. We really liked everything. It was super packed though so we were lucky to find seating. Would recommend a reservation!

I don't get the craze. We visited the place with a party of 8+ people and everyone disliked it. If the best part of the evening is a sparkling water - I'm giving up. Every meal that we were served was too dry, too blend, and definitely wasn't worth the money. Despite nice presentation, the food tasted like it was brought in from Denny's.Service was a top notch though (yes, we tipped). Recommendation to management: there are a lot of fantastic restaurants in the Sacramento area that deliver consistent quality at the $$$ price point, please make sure your price point correlates with your food's quality.
