Dim sum was good, but "beware" of hidden automatic tip charge. We had 10 people and there was a 15% tip automatically printed on the receipt. Yet there was also a space to enter a tip. If you don't look carefully you wouldn't have notice a tip was already put in!(I don't mind the 15% tip but was concern about putting additional tip of 20% which I was going to put in, total tip would have been 35%)

I went with my boyfriend the first weekend of lunar new year at 12 noon for dim sum! I didn't expect it to be so crowded! The restaurant is very large and can be used for events or large parties. They have chandeliers, TVs, and a stage too. There was a dragon show and firecracker lighting due to lunar new year which was nice. Usually, there is a wall between 2 rooms but today the wall was taken down due to the dragon show and I didn't realize how big the place was. I've gone before a couple of times and the service has been good. The service was terrible today due to the amount of people there that was more than normal. We were seated right away but no one brought water over to us. I had to ask one of the servers who was bringing the water pitcher around to refill water to bring us water and tea. The dim sum took a long time to come around and the ladies with the dim sum carts would skip us. I even saw an abandoned cart with fruit and mango pudding. One of the diners wanted something from the cart and had to wait for a server to come around. Also the selections from the dim sum carts weren't as extensive as usual. The food was pretty good as usual. To pay, I had to flag down a server who was collecting other checks too and I went up to the register to pay myself instead of waiting. They gave me a red envelope with $5 in it since it was lunar new year which was nice. Overall, there was terrible service on a busy Saturday due to lunar new year. I will go back on a non holiday next time because the food is consistently good.

We usually come here when we want to enjoy a family-style dining experience. The restaurant is spacious, making it a great venue for weddings and parties. During our visit, we opted for the pre-set menu designed for large groups. While the host was welcoming and attentive at first, she didn't return to our table after serving the last dish, leaving us to get up and grab our own napkins.I've also heard good things about their dim sum, so I might stop by another time to try it out!

I want to start by saying that this restaurant is MY FAVORITE for dim sum and we love coming here. The items listed below are ALL 5 OUT OF 5:Su Mi Pork and ShrimpCrispy Taro TurnoverSalt and Pepper ShrimpShrimp Chow FunLobster TurnoverThis review is focused on two dishes I recently tried that I felt need to come with a warning:Twice cooked pork (2/5) - they used char shu pork which is Cantonese and tossed it in some kind of sweet sauce? instead of the traditional sichuan preparation Fried Shrimp Ball (2/5) - they used the shrimp balls usually reserved for hot pot and I'm used to chunks of actual shrimp

Hands-down, the best dim sum in the area! Everyone kept talking about Asian Pearl and how we should go to Asian Pearl to have dim sum but I got my brothers whom are major foodies to change their mind and put Happy Garden back on the map!!! This place is nostalgic for going back to the Happy place in so many of us. The owner came out to ensure everything was going well because they were getting ready to clean up the dim sum carts, but we still got to order in some big time favorites and it hit the spot bc everything was on point and delicious. This place does not disappoint and if you have a big crowd and want good spacious ambience, it is the number one Chinese restaurant to visit not just for basic dining in but also for hosting a big celebratory gathering or even a wedding!

This Chinese restaurant is a gem! The flavors are authentic, portions are generous, and everything comes out fresh and hot. The dumplings, lobster, and fish were standouts, and the service was fast and friendly. A go-to spot for satisfying, delicious meals. Highly recommend

Pretty good dim sum for the price. Came her with my family a while ago and we can throw down and that is what we did. The service was ok. We ordered duck and it took a while to get to our table. The place could be more tidy. Overall it was not too bad for the price.

Place never disappoints! Came here on Mother's Day around 11:30am. Line was out the door. We had a party of 7. Had to park across from CVS. By the time I found my party inside they were already seated and food was already on the table. Their system is really good when seating, drinks and orders.

An authentic Hong Kong style dim sum restaurant that has plenty of delicious options. From the moment one enters the door, servers warmly greet you, ask for your party size, and beckon you in. Right as one sits down, servers with carts flock to you, rapidly and eagerly serving you all sorts of delicious options. The service is immediate and lightning fast! They all speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and many will ask if you would like to order anything specific that isn't shown on the carts. The sesame balls with red bean paste was my favorite dish, but the others didn't fail to disappoint as prices are quite affordable, starting at 4.50 for small dishes, 5.00 for medium, and 5.50 for large dishes. The room is also lavishly decorated with a stage and dance floor (probably for weddings), drapes hanging from the ceiling, and chandeliers dotting the area.
