I eat here often, but I'm increasingly frustrated with the number of times my orders are missing items. Whether it's sauces, an order of fries, or, most recently, the ranch and chunky avocado I paid extra for on my salad, it's a consistent issue. It's incredibly disappointing to come home and realize multiple items I paid for are missing.How hard is it to double-check an order and ensure everything is in the bag? At a minimum of $20 an hour, I expect better attention to detail and customer service. You should be better after a MAJOR raise, not worse. Please improve this process--it's getting old.

We frequent Habit regularly (it's our son's favorite). But this was our first time coming to this location; we live out of town and were here for a doctor's appointment. We used the self order tablets to make our customizations easier. We saw our order waiting on the counter (but not announced ready), and then a worker commented something was wrong with it to another employee, they replaced something and then notified us. We got it to our table and noticed some errors, but the main concerns was they mixed up the customizations on our kid's burgers. Our daughter got a plain double charburger with cheese and our son got a plain double char with cheese plus bacon. The bacon was on our daughters and our son had grilled onions added to it. He tried it (took the bacon from his sister's burger lol) but couldn't do the onions after two bites. They replaced the burger but while we waited there was at least 3 other people that took food back for issues. Also, our son commented that the fries weren't as good as they usually are at most other Habits that we frequent. For an $80 lunch it was just disappointing to not be satisfied when we left.

What can I say about this place... I love burgers especially really good delicious burgers. this place is it when you are trying to eat good. Of course is not like fancy but it is still delicious with a decent price. The best is the double char for meaty taste. The people in the counter were great. The ambiance it was good not bad. Been coming here so many times. I do recommend to my fellow burgers lovers like myself.

Good burger and good onion rings. I had the double char burger and it tasted really good and juicy. Onion rings just had the right amount of crunch to it. And it was so good dipping it in ranch dressing. I've never had a bad experience ordering at this place. Service was fast and the restaurant is bright and airy.

This burger joint is very clean. The employees are very courteous and greet you with a smile. The burgers are really good here. The double char is my go to and it does NOT disappoint. I really like the onion rings here too. The compliment the burger perfectly. Another awesome burger is their Santa Barbara Char. It has two freshly chargrilled beef patties, avocado, caramelized onions, American cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato, pickles and mayo on grilled sourdough. Just delicious!

Their burgers are above average. They have a self order kiosks so you don't need to order from the cashier. They don't have many tables for how busy they were when we came in and had to take the food to go. Price is a bit on an expensive end for a fast food chain.

So habit is amazing every time but this location is special. The guy behind the counter greeted everyone that walked through the door. And a good greeting also not a fake rehearsed one he actually greeting guests genuinely and meant it. Besides the awesome staff the burger was cooked perfectly and fries were fried to amazingness :) Presentation was also clean and perfectly folded. Very nice clean establishment I didn't take any pics because I was at work and had my work phone. Five stars for sure
