Ambiance is really casual! Lots of tables and chairs and places to sit for families, large groups, couples, etc. Service is fine, we got to sit where we wanted, she brought out waters right away and took our order. Our food came out within 10minutes. The soup was very hot temperature wise so you gotta let it cool down a little so you don't burn your mouth. We got 2 bowls of pho with rare steak, brisket and I ordered a side of meatballs. The soup flavor was mild and the overall dishes were good. Ordered a Thai tea - good flavor and not too sweet. Pretty mild as well.

Drove 40 minutes in the rain for this place. What's the hype? Is it worth it? Let me tell you. When you come in, you will think you need to order first, but hold up... on the left is a huge restaurant. We got seated right away. We ordered chicken wings, pork and Bún bò Huế. Guy who took our order asked if I had Bún bò Huế before which was fair. Not everyone like blood cubes..Love the pork, sauce was nice touch. Bún bò Huế was lighter broth than other places which I love. Chicken was crispy.Overall, a good experience! If you're in Elk Grove, try this spot!!

This place is located in an outside mall area. Century theater is right by there. There's plenty of parking. The restaurant is pretty big and has outside seating. They have a tv on the wall and it was decorated for the Lunar New Year. The service was great and fast. To pay, you have to go up to the register. They don't bring the bill to you (just fyi). The food was pretty good. I had the dry noodle with chicken and egg rolls. It was good. I gave four stars because I've had better. I prefer the Vietnamese egg rolls which are wrapped in a thinner rice paper. And the carrots were hard. I think they could've grated it to make it thinner. That's just my preference. I would still come back here if I was ever in the mood for pho though.

Fabulous fast service at a delicious, spacious Elk Grove Vietnamese restaurant. I learned that Lunar New Year is celebrated in multiple Asian countries, not just China, but Vietnam too.I scoped our the menu well in advance but made a last minute decision to add grilled pork spring rolls to my planned order of pork belly and shrimp Bahn Xeo. I'm glad I did. Excellent presentation and portion sizes too. Our server Tony was friendly and helpful. I thought the Bahn Xeo was perfect. Great crunch, not greasy or oily. The spring rolls were so fresh and crunchy. The marinated grilled pork was tender and flavorful. Coming as a big group we got to see and sample many other dishes. The salt and pepper chicken wings were delicious- fried so crunchy! The grilled pork Bun (vermichelli) looked amazing as did the Hanoi Special soup with both pho and egg noodles. My only regret is that I live on the opposite side of town from this gem

We happened to close this noodle shop, so we decided to give it a try. They have a huge menu selection. I like pho with beef tendon only. And it was delicious. The soup was a little oily, and I was hoping the soup could be a little warmer. But the rest was fine. My hubby also enjoyed his noodle bowl, and our boy approved his meal. This plaza has plenty of parking. The staff was fast to help place an order once you were getting ready. The restaurant has a spacious space to accommodate.

Great customer service and the Banh Xeo was delicious. The chow fun was ok, didn't have enough seasoning sauce. Over all had a great experience.

My wife and I decided to go get some pho before catching a movie. Service is what you expect for an Asian restaurant. It was nice being able to watch the Kings game there when they beat the Bucks. That boosted my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars. The Pho is decent. I've had better and I've had worse. It has good beef flavor but under seasoned. The fried tofu is not that good. They used pressed tofu, so it's kind of tough instead of fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The chicken wings didn't have any flavor on the inside. All in all, it's a good place to go to before the movies, it's not the worst, it's not the best.

I was craving some warm pho and spring rolls as the weather changes and I was so satisfied with Ha Noi Pho! I got the chicken breast pho with all the toppings along with chicken spring rolls. The chicken spring rolls were hearty and fresh, perfect to share between two people and we could not get enough of the house peanut sauce! I thought the chicken pho was very tasty and my guest loved their beef pho as well. Each time I visit here the staff are friendly and attentive and service is so quick! I can't wait to come back again.

Craving Vietnamese food, we recently revisited Ha Noi Pho in Elk Grove and were delighted with our experience. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by friendly staff. Our server was particularly attentive and his humorous personality added a nice touch. The restaurant itself was clean, spacious, and inviting, with ample seating and televisions airing sporting events. The menu was incredibly extensive, showcasing a diverse selection of dishes, from classic Vietnamese options like Phở and Bahn Mi to Chinese favorites and refreshing Boba teas.We started with an appetizer of Grilled Pork Spring Rolls, which were flavorful and perfectly complemented by the delicious peanut sauce. For our main courses, we indulged in the large Bun Reiu (a flavorful tomato-based soup, a rarity we couldn't resist), the G8 Grilled Meat with Rice (a generous platter featuring shredded pork, grilled pork, shrimp paste, egg roll, pork sausage ball, and steam egg patty), and the Peking Spare Ribs (sweet and tangy). The highlight for me was the Bird Nest House Special Combo Chow Mein. This dish was a symphony of flavors, combining roasted pork, chicken, squid, and an array of colorful vegetables with crispy noodles for a delightful textural contrast. To finish, I enjoyed a refreshing and not-too-sweet Boba Milk Tea.Overall, our dining experience at Ha Noi Pho was exceptional. The delicious food, friendly service, and inviting atmosphere made it a truly memorable evening. We highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning soon.

Hate walking into a "Vietnamese" restaurant only to find some 'fusion' broth that tastes like dirty sink water?Look to further to get your Phở.This is the legitimate service with a smile, with portions that make you feel honorary. Ha Noi Pho, Thank you 4 all the satisfaction you've brought this city dude and family.
