Best take-n-bake pizza in the county, hands down! The staff are always friendly and ready to assist you. Super easy to call ahead for a pizza pick up orders or lunch to go! Usually fairly quiet (as in noise level) inside even during the lunch rush. Check them out!! Hours are limited so call ahead or check out their website.

Amazing portion size for the price. I got the BBQ chicken salad and the flavor was delicious! Crisp lettuce, fresh veggies and flavorful chicken. The vibe was a that of a home town deli cozy and quaint. Service was quick, great place for a weekday lunch when you've gotta get back to work.

Gularte's Deli has all the best components of a small hometown deli. Family owned, employing local high schoolers, active in the community, great customer service, and most importantly serving up fresh quality eats at affordable prices. They are in Diamond Springs, CA, on Pleasant Valley Road. There is a small indoor and outdoor dining area. It is cozy and simple. Not fancy schmancy,. No IG wall or selfie props. Good golly, folks come here for the food and service, not the gimmick. Recipe for business longevity. Going on strong heading to 40 years in biz. 2nd generation, mother to daughters. They are the masterminds to the awesome homemade recipes. The staff are friendly. Great welcoming vibe. What they do have is good eats. I was originally lured in by the Gularte's Taco Tuesday tacos. Tacos served only on Tuesdays. The sign they posted near the road worked. The tacos has a fried corn tortillas shell taco, it is packed with your choice of protein (ground beef, chicken, spicy chorizo, and carnitas) and topped with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes. onions, sour cream, and jalapeños. It is served with a side of homemade salsa which is quite flavorful. $4 a taco. Basic, fresh ingredients, and all so simply tasty. Yum. I gotta say they are not authentic Mexican tacos and not meant to be. They even have a vegetarian version with refried beans and avocado.Did ya know the biz started as a take n bake pizza joint? Well they still make those. I bought one. Oooh it was way better tasting than the big chain take n bakes. A higher quality of ingredients. They provide baking instructions. I followed them and got a perfect bake. The crust bakes up to a heavenly light crispness with a fluffy, moist interior. The crust thickness is not too thin or thick, just how I like it.I hear they serve up mean tasty sandwiches including some signature ones. They serve breakfast burritos and muffins in the morning. They have a daily specials menu that rotates weekly. It includes soups and salads. Check Facebook for their hours and weekly specials. Plus they also cater.

Sandwich laced with crack?!?Okay. All kidding aside for you serious folks out there... good gawd man this place is legit! Honestly, the best sando I've ever had. Soooo flavorful and juicy. You must try their Garlic Gobbler. The customer service is spot on. New to the eye glasses world i tend to leave my glasses at home on accident. The young man helped me with the menu! He also recommended a couple of popular sandos. You will not be disappointed. I also bought their potato salad (yum), salsa (no spice) and chocolate chip cookie (not chewy). Soooo good!

I had the pleasure of working with Candice for an event at the community college. We ordered 63 sandwiches in various varieties from veggies to every type of meat and about 15 customs orders! When I arrived she had the food prepared, marked and everyone LOVED the quality of the food and homemade bread. Please support this wonderful business and her the new owner. A+

Been trying to go here forever for taco Tuesday. So impressed by the flavor and size and how loaded they were.

Good pizza, friendly service. Really good take and bake pizza. Fair price. Better than papa murphys

Very good food everyone is extremely nice. The one black girl helped me figure out the menu and it was very clean. 10/10
