Granite Bay Public Library

Granite Bay Public Library is my favorite! They have many books to choose from, and they have highlighted book sections. In addition to this, you can rent video games (which I had no idea about). Furthermore, one of my favorite features is their online account feature. You can look up books that you would like to rent, and put them on hold for pickup. The books will then be ready for you to pickup right at the front of the library. You just have to check them out. Overall, this is a nice quiet library that I really enjoy!

Love coming here for Story Time!!! My toddler truly enjoys the time here and the teacher is great! She does such a wonderful job reading books, singing songs and interacting with the kiddos. Plenty of parking and lots of good books to check out here. Will definitely be coming back to Granite Bay Branch Library!

Very Nice library, but level of noise is too high adults and children talk to loud and its distracting when you are here to study and they have only 2 study rooms.

This library is super nice and clean, and has good AC for the hot summer months. Has its own beautiful place for children to one side. It does lag a few plugs here and there but I managed to find a place to sit with plugs anyway. It has a trail nearby too!

I love this library! They usually have the books that I want, or can order them from another branch.

The library staff is very kind, my children have always found them approachable. I really enjoy this treasure in our community.

Besides the Rocklin Libary, this has to be my new favorite libary. I visited for the first time today and I liked how everything was organized. The staff were nice as well.

There are good days and bad, really bad days. This is 2023 and there are still libraries without check-in machines. They mark you for not returning when the returned item is sitting right on their shelf (I understand people can overlook things, that's why you will need a check-in machine.) I hate being accused of not returning items when I did and have to prove it by finding the item on the shelf myself and showing it to them. When I asked them for a receipt after that incident, there was an old lady who was reluctant to give me and looked at me like I was the weird one. That way the only way I am able to prove that I returned the item! I stopped going to this place. I hope this situation will change for the better.

This library is snuggled in the forest nice and cozy, hidden away from all the hustle and bustle. The staff is pretty friendly I found a corner in the back of the library towards the windows facing the highway that was surprisingly peaceful to study in . The library is tiny but it has a vast section of overseas travel which is one of my favorite things to do when I go to the library look at their traveling section overall the library is definitely worth the visit.
