Visited on 5/20/24 and had a wonderful experience. Fran welcomed me as soon as I walked in and was so helpful in helping me find the earrings I liked. I want to shout Fran out for being absolutely amazing and for giving me the best first experience at a Gorjana. Thank you.

I was so excited for a Gorjana store to open up here in Roseville. I went in a few times just to browse without pulling the trigger. This past time when I went in, Jennifer (the manager I believe) helped me choose a diamond necklace that was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. She was very patient with me, as they had a good selection and I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted. Her service really enhanced my experience, and I will go in looking for her when I need my next piece.

Very disappointed in the service at the Roseville Gorjana. I have shopped with Gorjana for years and never felt so judged walking into a store. The general manager was rude, very judgmental, and overall was not a compassionate employee. Do better.

My new favorite jewelry store!!! I happened to stop by there a few months ago and have been so thrilled with my purchase that I stopped by again. Jennifer, the store manager, was a delight to interact with. She is product and company knowledgeable, patient with my questions on choices, and very personable!! We connected on several topics and I left feeling like a friend had helped my do my shopping. I will be a returning customer for sure!!!!

Stopped in here, on a whim, a few weeks ago and will absolutely be back. The staff was very personable and I love my new jewelry!

Went into this new store on 5/21/2024. I was immediately greeted. They didn't have the necklace in silver that I was looking for, but Jen offered to order it for me. I received the necklace on 5/24/2024. Jen was very knowledgeable and very personable. She offered excellent customer service. Great first experience, I'll be back!
