Great breakfast burritos! My go to was the steak and potatoes, but recently I switched over to chorizo and won't be going back. Also, I'm pretty sure you can get a plus size which is enough for two people. I like their regular salsa but the hot salsa is bomb!

I made the drive out here because Gordito Burrito is what I got for breakfast for a lot of my college days. I love their breakfast burritos. The restaurant itself is actually bigger than it looks, with plenty of chairs and tables. However a lot of their furniture look dated and old. However, their service and staff are good. I would say their salsa is very good. It's actually my favorite from any taqueria. The chips however are not as fresh as I would like. It's great that it's complimentary for certain orders, but the bag I got were very hard. The burrito was a good size and I still had a little leftover.

I usually order my meals using the DoorDash app, but this time I decided to visit in person. Let me tell you, it was one of the best breakfast burritos I've ever tasted. I'm quite selective about my food, and this one was simply delicious. I went with the steak breakfast burrito, filled with eggs, hash browns, guacamole, pico de gallo, and topped off with a flavorful red sauce. The salsa was particularly outstanding--it added a delightful kick to the whole experience.

Keep driving. As others have said - decent prices, but the burritos are hit or miss. The carne asada deluxe wasn't bad. The steak and potato, however, was - we were searching for something to flavor/season it with and came up empty handed. Red salsa is full of garlic and cilantro flavor, but the green was odd, almost vinegary. The staff was pleasant, and the interior has a surprisingly neutral smell - it looks like it should smell terrible. Quick stop from the freeway, so it's convenient enough, but given other options that are close enough, this spot is a one-and-done for us.

Everything this place is the best burritos and they've been doing these burritos for a long time so it's not brand new. Something that's been established......Everybody get out there and go to Gordito burritos la Rivera, how far are you have to drive to this location? You will not forget the experience.

Massive football sized breakfast burrito's, most humans wouldn't be able to finish it in one sitting. Idk who sets it up, but someone does a good job of keeping the small strip mall area Gordito's sits in clean. Which if you know the area, is no small feat. Fantastic salsa that does a good job of covering up the bland filler taters (hence the 4 stars).

Love the homey atmosphere it's like a little gem tucked away. Staff friendly and service is good. Husband and I wanted good breakfast burritos. I don't eat meat, so I wanted a place that served vegetarian and their veggie breakfast burritos sooo good. My husband had the regular burrito with sausage good filling. Both were stuffed to the brim. Definitely the place to go to for breakfast burritos.

I hadn't been back to the old stomping grounds in over a decade. Good to know Gordito is still churning out quality food Cannot tell you how many times I ordered while sitting at stingers and walked on home drunk with a great meal under my arm. Sober now ,But still love the Gordito.

My partner and I have been getting lunch and dinner here off and on for almost two years and the food and service has never let us down! The inside ambiance has a lot of character and it's very welcoming. Definitely give it a try and you won't be disappointed!
