You have to come here! The atmosphere is very inviting, friendly service and food is delish. Poke nacho (i think that's what they called) is a different twist to poke bowl/nacho but surprisingly good. Located in a beautiful area that you have lots to see if you park far. Ohh their price is reasonable too.

Nice lunch spot, great service. Sat in the bar. I've been a lot more patient with small restaurants post covid. I'm just glad they still exist. In the end I gotta keep it a buck and provide a real review with an authentic narrative. Five (5) being as perfect as this category goes.I won't assume this experience would be in line with a high end steakhouse or some posh Vegas restaurant. This location is bar/diner/pub and I love em all as long as they can execute. Food temp was a 2 out of 5Food flavor was a 3 out of 5Price was a 3 out of 5Drinks were a 2 out of 5Ambiance was a 3 out of 5Bathroom was a 2 out of 5Service was a 4 out 5 surprisingly. Cleanliness was 3 out of 5. Drink choices were a 3 out of 5.I think you see where I'm headed here. It's an average establishment with average food and average drinks and beers. Not sure I'd go back for the food. The takeaway was like man, that place has so much potential. They just need a cast of people that can go hard and ask more questions and get it right. Speaking of which, the bar tender David today was awesome. He even let me humbly coach him up on what ingredients make a good Espresso Martini. ( the one he served was trash ) And he nailed it then I saw him sell two of em right away. Yay David! With the pic you see here , I requested fresh hot fries and received zero pushback. They came out in three minutes. I can see this place really being something dope once they staff the right people in the back and maybe make some modifications to the experience. Cool spot to stop for a beer, hang out and catch a game. Very reminiscent of some of my favorite haunts, past summers spent in downtown Huntington Beach, Ca. All in all, post pandemic dining and prices are what they are. It's hard to locate the small spots that have enough traffic to keep em in the money and serving up hot awesome food and service. Hopefully they can make some adjustments and arrive at a place to really realize their full potential. I did see some glimpses.

Our waiter was amazing she was constantly checking in on us and made the place a great experience. We ordered nachos and they were so disappointing, to add meat was an extra $5. What sucks is the chips they fried in house and tasted great but for the price there was not enough toppings. It was literally canned corn, canned black beans spicy sour cream and a small amount of meat. Nachos 5/10Fries 7.5/10

FOOD- Vernon Street Chicken: grilled chicken, cheddar, arugula, bacon jam on a toasted roll. Good but a little underwhelming. The tots were perfect. 3.75/5SERVICE: Friendly server. 4/5FINAL THOUGHTS: I would come back to try other items.

While in Roseville for work my coworker and I wanted to have dinner in downtown Roseville so we decided to head over to Goose Port. We found free street parking 2 blocks away, but there are plenty of free parking options around the area. The place wasn't too crowded but also not dead. I like how they had the restaurant divided into the bar section and dinning room area. The menu had so many great options we kept changing our minds about what to order. I wish I had multiple stomachs so I could have ordered multiple things. They have Portuguese dishes that I wanted to try. I enjoyed the food, the music, the vintage sports school folder wall and the service.

Thank you to Courtney, our server and to the owner, Al for providing great customer service at my first time visit last Sunday with my friends. We needed a place that would take brunch reservations for a friend's "going away brunch" and after searching Yelp for a location, we decided on Goose Port.Goose Port serves good food and is a really nice place to watch Sunday Football. They have multiple TVs throughout the restaurant so you can't miss a beat during football games. This place is your typical sports bar that serves good brunch. Check them out next time you're in downtown Roseville!

Stopped in to Goose Port yesterday for a few hours!! Had made a reservation for 9 of us for my friends going away party!! Was not disappointed! We had a beautiful big table next to a tv to be able to watch football! The food was great and the service was really good!! I got a Bloody Mary that was very tasty. For food I got the Roseville breakfast burrito! It was huge and also came with potatoes! The owner came by and dropped off some bread with butter and jam! So nice! 10/10 for service! It was pretty funny that when I got there I said I had made a reservation and a few wouldn't be able to make it! I said 7 adults and one baby! They brought out a kids water! We all got a good laugh at that! Would deff come back!!!

This spot is a great place to hang out and grab drinks with friends. It has a cool mix of a sports bar vibe and a brunch spot. The owner, Al, was super welcoming and made sure our large group was well taken care of, and our server, Courtney, was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.Al even gave us Goose Port bottle opener keychains and brought out a complimentary plate of warm toast, which was such a nice touch. The GP Berry Compote French Toast, Brussels sprouts, and mimosas were all excellent. I'll definitely stop by again next time I'm in Roseville!

Great spot! Excellent service from Anthony! This place has a fun back story about the owner and the etiology of its name. We had a delicious breakfast (reco on the California Benedict and the perfection of the accompanying home fried potatoes). Plenty of TVs but not overwhelming as their music playlist is diverse and you can enjoy a conversation with your table mates. Well done, Goose Port! We will be repeat customers.

We came to Roseville for a volleyball tournament and needed to find a spot for our team dinner. We wanted a good local spot and read lots of reviews which led us to Goose Port. The menu had something for everyone, tacos, burgers, pasta, Portuguese food, ahi tacos, fried Brussel sprouts count me in! The food was not over priced and the portions were good. It was super easy to book for our large group of 20 and they were able to accommodate us on short notice. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with amazing customer service the hostess was prompt and our server Tanner was so good at remembering our names, splitting checks, checking on us often. I noticed he also had several tables but I always felt taken care of. I ordered the spicy Margarita which had Serrano infused tequila and it was out of this world. My mouth is still on fire! I also got the spicy crunchy burger and it hit the spot. At the end of our meal the owner even stopped by to ask about our experience. I thought it was perfect and will definitely be planning our next team dinner here!
