Gong Cha

Came by on a Saturday afternoon and the plaza is pretty packed which is expected since this plaza has popular restaurants. You might have to park further away. I usually stay away from this plaza because of the traffic lol so because of that I don't think I'll go out of my way to frequent this place. Upon entering there are two touch screen self check out kiosks to place your order. No line or anything so my drink came out really fast. There are some chairs and tables if you wanted to meet a friend and hang out for a bit. I got the oolong milk tea with herbal jelly. I enjoyed it but there are other places where I enjoy the oolong milk tea more.

Great drinks and quick service. Ordered the brown sugar milk tea and the Thai iced tea. Both were excellent! Would come back again but only if I were in the area. Ambiance could be better. It's a little dark inside.

The Mango Smoothie was too sweet, even though I asked for 50% less sweetness. The service was good and fast since there was no line when I arrived. The ambiance was fine, but nothing stood out.

My go to is a winter melon drink. Gong Cha had a milk foam winter melon drink, which was really good! I would've given it a 5 star, but they made it 100% sweet when I asked for 50% sweetness. They have a self-ordering kiosk, which is nice.

walked in & noticed if you order on the app (as your first order) you get $10 off a $15 order! we ordered a milk foam green tea (half sweetness & ice) with boba, earl grey milk tea (half sweetness & ice), and a thai tea. it came to about $9.the drinks were alright, my boyfriend liked his earl grey and i'd say my milk foam green tea was a bit watery but still had that floral taste - just wish they'd have those "sippy-cup lids" for the foam!

The inside needs a new look. The drinks are wonderful. New drinks have been added that i saw and boy i want to try them. Hopefully i get to try next time i get go there again.

Already love Gong Cha and their sweet, chewy boba so had to come for the new Valentine's bottles! Yes it's small, but it's labeled as their medium...I'm not too sure but feels like it goes by fast lolThere are four drinks to get the heart shaped bottle. I got the strawberry serenade and added boba cause it doesn't come with it. I love foam and it comes with it and pairs deliciously with the strawberry! 50% sweetMy little brother got the taro temptation and switched out the strawberry boba that comes with to regular boba. He loves it, but I've personally have had better taro. Didn't really like it. Not sure if it was because my little bro chose 30% sweet.

I haven't been here for at least 3-4 years. I was in the area and thought I would pick up my usual mango green tea. Service was quick. I didn't have to wait long. Other than the one table occupied, it was quiet for a Saturday afternoon. Sadly, my drink was not as good as I remembered. I asked and paid additional for extra mango puree. I didn't notice any difference. Also, it was lacking the tea taste. With so many competition and new boba tea spot, Gong Cha needs to step up their game.

Their milk tea is literally so so good!! Been a fan of Gong Cha since I still in Vietnam. I've been drinking the same drink for years, it's Earl grey milk tea w/ 3J 70% sugar.The drinks come out really fast, their staffs are super friendly.
